My experience with this property was absolutely horrible. First let’s start off that this was my first experience booking a hotel through Expedia. So I booked because it stated that this is a 3.8 hotel. So I assumed that it would be well maintained. Absolutely not. Upon arrival and entering the leasing office to actually check in. The front desk mentioned that he thought the manager blocked off any Expedia bookings because the place was full after my stay was already booked.That was the first error. Communication was bad. After getting all of that figured out and him finally receiving the booking. Here comes the time to view the complex and the room. The complex was a nightmare. It looked like some old abandoned building. We arrived at parking and as we were entering the room that we received the keys for there was an older couple laying in the beds with the blinds opened. So we left and went back into the office. The front desk stated that he was unaware of the couple that was in the rooms and that they may have entered into the rooms themselves. That’s scary. He gave us another room key since we had already paid we decided to just check the other room out. A COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE. The beds were extremely disgusting. Not well maintained. The entire room was ran down. The bathroom doors had chipping and the paint off of it. The bathroom was completely dirty. The bedding was completely dirty. I immediately had to leave the room. It felt so uncomfortable and unsafe.

It was my worst experience ever. First room I saw was very dirty damp with mold smell along with very dated decor. Sheets had dust and pubic hair all over. I asked for a different room and they were unable to open anything else because none of the keys work. Maybe that was God’s way saving me the trouble.

Wi-Fi is horrible

Staff was terrible,house cleaning did not have rooms prepared , had house keeping working front desk,

The room smelled like cigarette/smoke. There was no remote for the tv even after I asked. We left after being there for 1.5-2 hours because of the smell.

Super clean no bugs seen at all. Place is very quite not noisy even though it is by the hwy

It was a great spot to stay very clean and quiet place. Stayed with my wife 8 month old and 2 dogs and was very good space. James at the front desk was a really great help always helping with a smile.

This property was horrible. The front desk person checked me into the wrong room three times, he couldn't get the key to work, the cable didn't work, the air conditioning didn’t work, the comforter had holes in them on both beds. Absolutely trash hotel.

Room were okay. I had a late arrival to check innI didn't get to the hotel until after 1130 PM and office was closed all ready. then the other two night my key to get in my room would stop working. the second night I was lucky to get the person while he was finishing his shift but he was not to happy that he had to help me get in my room. and there was 3 other guess that had the same issue. last night when it happen again I had to break in by using the card to like in the movies. I called the emergency number and that was worthless. I had the worst experience with having this place just to have a place to sleep. will never book with them again

My Sheets were Change and I was Bitten and was told it was my fault management was rude and was Apologetic

Last year when I stayed they offered breakfast. This year no breakfast, front desk agent was never at the desk but left a number on the front door to call for assistance. It was terrible this time time around.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, little dated with a few dings. The ONLY issue was cleanliness and no towels. We had to sweep the room because there was trash and food left around half under the bed. We just scooted everything over and swept. Would have either way. The service was top notch. Very friendly employees. Ask and you shall receive if you encounter issues. They have such great attitudes.

It was quint and had King sized bed

This property was very terribly managed. Upon checking in, the office reeked of marijuana, which should have been our first clue to leave. However, we got our room key and then had to run to the store to get a couple things before actually entering our room. We then arrived back to find our key would not work at the door. The office closed 4 hours early, with a highlighted written sheet of paper taped to the door. The paper stated “office is closed for the night, for emergencies call [phone #]” When I called the number, the person who answered said I had the wrong number. We then proceeded to ask a couple of people standing around the property, they had said the mgmt had been giving the wrong number for over 3 weeks. A lady then drove by the front of the property and proceeded to yell out her window and said someone would be coming down to let us in. A few moments later someone in a vehicle came with another man. This woman was supposedly a staff person. She was dressed very inappropriately. Cut off shorts, ripped tshirt and looked to be under the influence of something questionable. She was nice initially though and explained that she might could fix our key. She then proceeded to follow us to the door and when the key would not work, yelled to her husband(?) come fix it. He then came and replaced the battery. Upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke with cigarette burns on the bedding. We chose to leave at this point. They refused to give us a refund……

Not the clean. But fair.
