Check-in was smooth. However, the unit we were assigned didn’t match the photos. Doesn’t Expedia require listing owners to provide pictures of each option within a listing? Hotels in Expedia do this, why aren't independent properties like this practicing the same? Our unit limited natural light, as the windows (albeit floor to ceiling) were only in the bedroom. The space, especially the bathroom, could also benefit from an upgrade. I didn’t have very high expectations given the price, but there’s definitely an opportunity to increase the daily rate considering the location, if the unit is updated.

Room was run down and shabby. No place whatsoever to hang clothes. Stains on the ceiling. Location was very good, close to everything.

Was expecting a loft type room. Pls post the actual room and not every room you rent out. It’s deceiving. Our place was decent and clean and no issues. My only issue was I thought I was getting a bigger space becasue those were the first couple of pictures I looked at. Not cool at all that’s why I’m giving you 1 star. The location is perfect it’s literally like 2 blocks from Bonifacio High street if you walk down 3rd street like 2 blocks I think and you turn right and you’re right there. It’s also walking distance to 7/11 and Lawsons. Directly across from McDonald’s which I think is 24 hrs. And Max’s Chicken. Just tons of places you can walk around to. There were two laundromats in the area close by. And best of all is SAFE to walk anywhere even late at night!!

PROS: Close to BGC restaurants/shops, easy check-in/check out access, spacious for a family of 3 CONS: The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable. Not sure if it's older or it's the design, but there was a large bump in the middle of the bed which made it hard to sleep on. Wish they also gave better instructions on using the key to enter the room, it was a learning curve at first. It would have also been nice to have luggage storage as a traveler. Overall, if they fix the pull out sofa, I'd recommend the stay. Otherwise, it might be uncomfortable for the person sleeping on that bed.

The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. But our stay was affected by a full day without water supply. Access to gym/pool showers did not resolve the lack of water inside the unit, and water for toilet flushing was only provided the next day after three requests. The hosts were not responsive during the issue, which made the situation more difficult. We also encountered few small cockroaches in the unit. Overall, the communication needs serious improvement.

The shower needs to be fully enclosed as it’s always flooding when taking shower. Flat iron is not working properly and the steam water is always leaking. It heats up but turns off after a few seconds from plugging in. Table napkin or paper towel would be nice in the kitchen.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating!! The host too communicated very well. The view from the 14th floor was breath taking however, the bed was too hard especially after long day of adventures. Also, once we arrived to check in we were hit with a foul smell of sewage in the lobby. The smell lasted the whole seven days we stayed there. Would i stay here again? Yes

Great location and view. Property management is responsive. My only suggestion is to update the bathroom and kitchen to a bigger size. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Convenient bars, restaurants and walking about in a safe area. I walked many night aroynd midnight and never felt threatened or worried

The unit was nice, big and clean. It was conveniently located as we can easily walk to the nearby malls and restaurants. Overall, it was a good place to stay at. Maybe next time, they can at least provide a roll of paper towel in the kitchen area.

Overall a great stay. Location to eateries and stores is great. Staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful.

I recommend the property for the following reasons: Property was clean, Check in process was easy. Availability of amenities. Value for money. Communication with the host.. Area is surrounded with shopping, restaurants, all that I needed has been within the area.

Excellent location to bars, restaurants and massive shopping district which were all within walking distance. The apartment itself had a superb view over this area from the 12th floor which was wonderful to view lit up in the evening. The bedroom was clean, comfortable bed, a sofa and large smart tv. Kitchen was adequate with microwave, hob, kettle and even had a large container of distilled water for guests to use, was a table and chairs for dining in. Bathroom was clean and water from shower was warm. I was pretty impressed by the apartment for cleanliness, functionality, location and cost, the only thing missing was a washing machine, though there are plenty of laundrettes about which are decent price for 24 hour service.

Great location, the kitchen in the room was fantastic, with cutlery and plates.Really enjoyed the exercise room and pool . The building is very safe with a great elevator system

Excellent place to stay. Close to the heart of BGC. I was here because of my health and it was a reasonable walk away from the hospital.

Great communication. Property was very well located in BGC and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Property was well maintained and check in was easy. Nice views. Bed was comfortable and while we didnt use it there was a washer/dryer in the unit. Good value for money.

Loved the condo. Loved the area in BGC. Right where all the restaurants are. I will book again soon.
