Room was ok but missing basic additions like dishwashing liquid and wipes. Drain in shower kept blocking up. Staff were excellent and room was cleaned daily, great location.

Excellent service throughout my stay, from reception to housekeeping and security. Every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, and welcoming. They greeted guests with beautiful smiles and were always ready to help with any request, making the entire experience feel warm and comfortable. Moatoga Hotel was incredibly accommodating during our stay. Our flight landed at 0100hrs, and despite the very early hour, they kindly allowed us to check in at 0200hrs without any issues. After a long journey, this flexibility and understanding meant so much to us and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, just meters away from the market and the main shops. It was incredibly convenient to step outside and immediately find everything I needed, from local vendors to popular stores. Being so close to the heart of the action made exploring the area easy and enjoyable, and it added great value to my overall stay. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a wonderful job ensuring everything was tidy and fresh each day. Nice little room for a couple or one person but I’m pretty sure they have family rooms. Good service and good staff. Everyone have different opinions with their stay . Negative!! Maybe make rooms a little bit a sound proof so you don’t have to put up with whatever is happening next door.

Room was great for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. The room was spacious and clean with modern upgrade. The cupboard was big to store some bags to keep out of the way. Ben our security was awesome. Very polite and we felt safe having him on watch. Kitchenette was a good size. Table and chairs for our meals. Beds were very comfortable and the aircon kept us cool all day and night. Bathroom was a sufficient size with a big shower and strong pressure, even had hot water. Carpark was also available. I would recommend staying here.

The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! Will see you again November/December next year ☺️
