We were already exhausted from climbing Ijen, but staying here made up for it all. The views were five-star, wow! Because we were heading to the hotel at night, we had to navigate the dark and winding Ijen road. Upon arrival, it was piercingly cold. We hoped there would be heating at the reception, but it turned out to be an open room and required a lengthy registration. The cold was excruciating. The rooms also don't have heating, so if you want to stay overnight, bring a thick jacket and a heater. Sleeping would be a perfect vacation.

From the first check in, the system was already in error, causing long queues and people getting emotional. There were not enough employees, poor thing, the FO lady was alone. When entering the room, the application panel system was in error, although it was finally fixed, but it could only be used at night. In the morning, the smart glass was in error, it could only provide frosted view and not clear view. The smart system integration is very poor.

u have to download an application to check in n get the room key. it took 30 mins bcs 2nd room hasnt ready yet. then we got the problem with the key, but solved with manual key. food is pricey, and served late, we've been waiting for 1 hours in cold🥶🥶🥶. breakfast w limited option. pls pay attention that ijen will be closed every friday in 1st week and bobocabin doesnt allow rescheduled or refund.
