HAVE NOTHING,TO COMPLAIN FOR

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in while touring India. Its staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, well managed and amazing to be in, the food and choices on the menu meet our needs and tasted amazing and I can't fault the service or the staff.

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff and food.

The complaint is largely for the front desk staff. They were highly unwelcoming and had incorrect information of booking. Food was excellent and rooms were decent

Everything in this hotel was great -- from the clean rooms to prompt service and the tasty food.

Good hotel with modern amenities. In particular, the spa offers great treatments. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would stay at Arista by Ambition again and recommend it to other travelers.

On the upside, the spa was excellent. The food was very good. Room service and laundry were prompt. On the down side, staff were disorganized and not well trained. We had many problems conveying our needs with the room reservation. Operations were inefficient. Importantly, smoking was rampant and there was sewer smell in our room. Would not stay again.

Great place, beautiful interior design incorporating indigenous culture.

This was a very exoensive stay with out breakfast or any other perks.

Bathroom is not draining the water fast enough. Excellent hotel.

There were mosquitoes in the room. The policy gives only one key card for the room. So if I have to go to the gym at a different time than my wife I cannot. Since it requires the key card to use the elevator and the gym. The breakfast did not have the regular drip coffee. What they gave us as Americano was a machine made coffee and that sucks.

It was an amazing stay at Arista. Definitely recommend for families.
