The service is quite good, cleanliness should be improved. When we first arrived the sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the AC was leaking so it was a bit noisy. Provide a mat for outside. And soap for the toilet

This is really bad, the staff is playing games when guests arrive, even when the key is pressed, they are focused on their games. The room is dirty, the sheets, pillow cases are really dirty, please wash them or something. And room no. 10 is worse, the wooden cupboard is already moldy and is still placed there, the smell spreads and the air is unhealthy. Please who is the owner? Please tell the staff to clean it.
