Brilliant stay, Great value for money & very clean & tidy, Great price for 3 of us staying over with only a short walking distance to all major parts of Blackpool & came with an onsuite, Staff very friendly & helpful & came with option of a late checkout,

The property is 12 minutes walk to Blackpool North Station close to shops and restaurants.

Great location a few minutes walk from the main high street and sea. Parking local. Service from landford friendly. Bedding clean and comfy bed but Unfortunately room very, very dirty, bedframes, skirting, sink. Handrails really dirty and dirty toilet and bathroom with lots of black mould. Reluctant to have a wash due to dirty facilities.
