The room was very clean, smelt clean and everything was lovely Breakfast was very small, perfect for me but not my partner They also gave us Sausages for the dogs which was lovely Would definitely come back

A two night stay booked to save travelling time for a visit to Kent County Showground. On our return from our day out, a few guests had failed to park within the marked bays and we were unable to park within any of the available spaces. The duty manager pointed out an alternative parking space to resolve the situation. Gillingham is not one of Kents jewels but the hotel was worth the visit.

The hotel is in good shapes. Some could receive more maintenance, i.e Secret Garden (fountain)... The Service staff is very friendly and give easy assistance. The parking park give you an easy choice to place your car. The food is any time tasteful and will be served friendly. The bar give you a place for relaxing. All over a good place to stay.

The room was very nice and I appreciated the excellent fan provided, as the weather is hot even at night.Very friendly helpful staff. The amenities generally were prettt good. The bathroom was ok, with nice shower, although the decor is old fashioned and could be spruced up a bit. The breakfast was ok, but quality was not quite as good as most similar priced hotels I have stayed at recently.

We have stayed here several times in the past and continue to return. The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment but it is very clean, the staff are friendly and the price includes breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will continue to use this hotel when visiting this area.

Very good value for money -- but that doesn't make up for a number of shortcomings. The room was very hot indeed, and the fan supplied didn't help much. The breakfast was good in a few ways (e.g., excellent fresh waffles!) but several ordinary items ran out completely and the service there was inexplicably slow and inattentive at times, The receptionists were excellent, and the room was very spacious, to be fair. The hotel is quite 'tired' in many ways, though (although some refurbishment is happening, it seems) and overall, 3*/5 is the best I can rate it.

easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was very impressed with how clean and tidy it was. And it had all the bare essentials you need, especially a fan in this heat. I was very satisfied and will use them again 🙂

Excellent value with breakfast & car parking included in the room rate. Large ample sized car park. Room of a good size, well laid out with a very comfortable bed. Property in a good useful location, very close to Gillingham town centre and 10mins to Chatham. Regular bus services leave from right outside the hotel to Chatham and Gillingham town centre.

We spent a night in the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay eventhough it was a short one. I will deffinetly stay again if I have got another oppertunity. Breakfast was fantastic, though the restaurant was bit warm at the time.

The weather was too hot . The fan was a standing one struggling to stand. The rotating button was not working

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff eavh and everyone was happy and great in every way possible. Rooms was spacious clean and well provided with. Breakfast was complimentary and perfectly cooked and served. The bar wasn’t badly priced either! Would 100% recommend and would stay again!
