Property was good. Except no one was at the counter to greet, had to wait along with other guest for another worker to retrieve the front desk worker.

It was few spots missed while cleaning before we arrived but very minor. Overall the space was clean, safe, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

more like a studio apartment rather than a hotel room. whether i got lucky or not is unclear but the four nights were quiet, safe, and peaceful. good job "stay apt"

Me gustó mucho la ubicación de la propiedad cerca de todo lo que necesites, su apariencia, seguridad, facilidad, su estructura, las habitaciones están acomodadas con lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable, espaciosa habitacion, baño y cocina y sala. Como recomendación si checar las habitaciones que no haya exceso de pelo de mascota en las sábanas, carpeta y sofás.

This is my 4th or 5th stay and they always impress! Kristin is great! They will always have my business as the best place to stay in Pensacola especially if you want a full kitchen.

Nice property and employees were very kind and helpful.

The place was very clean and accommodating. Almost all of our baseball team stayed here for 5-7 days and not one complaint. The only confusing thing was that their instructions said “quiet time is from 10pm to 7am but in the atrium area the”quiet time started at 9pm. This cut our BBQ time down some but it was still very enjoyable.

For the price, it was very good. Was clean, but could’ve been better stocked. The dishes were minimal and we could have used a broom. Otherwise, I was comfortable and in a good location for a great price.

This place is amazing! Comfortable, very homelike, and I felt very safe with the room being “inside”.

Room was fairly dirty, with hair and dirty floors. Sticky spilll by the couch. Looked like someone had took a brown to the ceiling
