It's okay to stop by and it's good that there is a curfew so people pay more attention.

I was informed that I would have to check in early in the morning because I was taking the night train, the gate was locked and I couldn't check in, CS couldn't be contacted, and I had to look for another place to stay early in the morning.

Stayed here when the AC was out and it was still being sold on the app. Asked to cancel upon arrival, there was no way we could get there at 11pm and there was no way we could look for another hotel. Couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. A fan should have been prepared in case something like this happened, and the AC should have been fixed.

The worst hotel in Palembang. 1. No sandals allowed. 2. AC remote is not given, can be purchased in the room. 3. TV is available but can't watch, no setbox. 4. Checkout time must be exactly at 12, can't be delayed to 1.5. Hotel staff is unclear.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful during the check-in process.
