Difficulties with online check in. Cramped space.

Location was excellent. Only downside is that it was extremely noisy all night! We stayed in Apartment 201 at the front which was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Would recommend it overall.

The hotel apartment is in walking distance to the main square, there is a underground card park which cost 14 euros a night, however, download Parclick and get a better price. It was great to have a seating area, so you could watch TV or relax. Lots of little bars/tapas places to visit in the area.

Excelente vacación

Loved these apartments! These apartments are perfectly located just to the north of Plaza Mayor. The facilities are brand new and well designed, and even though there is no reception like a traditional hotel, the automatic check in system is very easy to use and the hotel managers are very responsive over messages if needed. The room was very modern, and kitchen facilities were a bonus (though would recommend having a kettle on offer as well as there wasn’t one). No washing facilities in the room so could be an issue for people on extended stays. My room was an internal one so didn’t get much of a view, but there are ones facing the street which would have better views. I stayed 6 nights and there was a cleaning service during the middle of my stay too which was an unexpected extra. For the price I paid, would recommend!

J'ai bien apprécié mon séjour au BeSalamanca. Le studio était propre et très confortable. J'ai aimé passer 11 jours dans ce quartier où on peut trouver restos, boutiques et épicerie à proximité ainsi que pour marcher en sécurité le soir.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Check-In und Check-Out haben wunderbar kontaktlos funktioniert. Eigentlich ist das Apartment auch schön eingerichtet. Allerdings hat es seine besten Zeiten gesehen. Möbel und Inventar sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und die Sauberkeit lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe mit Einzug erst einmal alles gesäubert und desinfiziert. Das Bett selber war allerdings sehr bequem und auch sauber. Für meinen Aufenthalt war es nun ok, aber ich würde es in diesem Zustand nicht wieder buchen. An der Sauberkeit muss wirklich etwas geändert werden.

Apartamento con muy buena ubicación. Calle tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Não se trata de um hotel, mas de um edifício de apartamentos administrados por uma empresa. Não tem recepção (funciona se for a remota), não tem onde guardar bagagem (dizem que tem) e o pior, o apartamento não tem janela, há apenas dois basculantes no telhado, que se vc subir na cama para abrir, escuta os pombos na sua cabeça. Agora isso, está bem localizado e é limpo.

Muy mal, me metieron en medio de un conflicto con unos compañeros q tenian otra habitacion y nosotros no teniamos nada que ver, nos trataron fatal y a parte de q ellos pagaron su propia habitación me descontaron a mi dinero sin MI permiso y me da lo mismo q como dicen haya una tarjeta para incidentes, por q ellos mismos pagaron SU habitación y el problema era con ellos. Me metieron en medio de un conflicto e intentando coaccionarme para meterme en problemas con los compañeros.

Muy buena ubicación. Apartamento grandecito que permite tambien trabajar de forma cómoda. Nosotros sólo desayunamos en el apartamento, pero fenomenal. Tele grande y muy buena calefacción.

Das Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit finde ich super. Es war zwar etwas dunkel, weil die Sicht vom Fenster in einem Innenhof führt. Wenn man wie ich den Tag hauptsächlich Draussen verbringt, spielt das keine Rolle. Sonst wirkt dies, trotz hell gehaltenem Zimmer etwas trist. Störend empfinde ich das grüne Licht der Notausgangsanzeige. Es leuchtet 24h. Für mich für einen ungestörten Schlaf eher ungünstig. Ich habe es in Kauf genommen. Das Zimmer hat nämlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, liegt central und ist sauber. Es wird nicht jeden Tag geputzt, was mir auch angenehm ist.

Cómodo, accesible, limpio y agradable. El wifi un poco escaso. Bastante chulo la gestión de puertas con el móvil. 😁😁
