Everything was great but outside noise made it very difficult for me to sleep. Just how it was!

Family of 4 adults used the hotel as our starting point for the Camino. Pre-arrival communications and App were great. When we arrived earlier than check-in time, we made use of the available lockers so we could tour Bilbao. Rooms were clean and spacious. However, the air conditioner or water running theough the open pipes kept some of us up most of the night. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was one for those staying longer than one night. Great economically priced and centrally located hotel for Bilbao.

Very well presented property in the heart of Bilbao. We were in the accessible room, where the bathroom was not as well designed for tose not requiring accessible facilities, but the stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent location in Bilbao for exploring the city on foot. In easy reach of the old town, Guggenheim, funicular, shops. The bus from the airport stops 8 minute walk away. Very clean, modern and quiet accommodation.

Among the best locations in Bilbao with walking distance to the main attraction sites. We got a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Self check-in was straight forward. It is a bit expensive though and you have to pay for any extra.

Nice clean apartment. Few things need some attention (shower screen, toilet flush) but overall a good experience.

Overall a very positive experience, our only suggestion is in Room 103 is some more practical storage and a dustpan and sweeping brush being supplied. Excellent location in walking distance of all areas of the city and close to Metro station to head out to the port and beach

I really liked the location of this property. It was very convenient for my needs to be “in town”. Having entry on my phone was an added plus. Everything I needed was included. It was great!

This hotel has online check in. It does not have a front desk. We did not receive an email to check in. You should check in 24 hours in advance. There is a parking lot near the property that will give you a special discount to park, but it needs to be done at least 24 hours before. The room has AC that works, it also has a great hair dryer, and has washer/dryer. Our room had a small kitchen.

Great place. Perfect location, great for our family. Clean and hi tech. We didn’t receive the check in link on time so we arrived and couldn’t get in. They helped us very fast, that was the only small inconvenience we had

This was a terrific find! Very comfortable, in the heart of everything, and good communication. Electronic checkin worked fine and the only time we needed something it was promptly and efficiently attended to.
