What a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, great restaurants. We loved the rooftop pool and sun lounge area.

The property is close to the airport and far enough from the city to relax after a long day of excursions and walking. It's a beautiful property and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The shuttle that provides transportation form the airport and back to the hotel is great. We only encounter one driver that was super rude which we cut him slack thinking he was having a bad day. If not, then he shouldn't be working, there. The restaurant Yatta and the roof top are a MUST. Our family ate and drank there almost every day and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. They make everything pretty much in house which is rare to see. The bartenders were super friendly, engaging and made some really awesome drinks. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back and stay again.

I had a very bad stay. First of all I was treated horribly by the staff (shuttle driver and receptionist I spoke on the phone with) and discriminated against because I’m not Spanish. When I raised a reasonable request to lower down the music on a shuttle where I was initially the only customer the lady driver argued with me and said music was fine and refused to lower down the volume. I had a terrible headache and was in pain. When Spanish couple came in she immediately was nice to them, asked how the temperature was and even asked them about the music. Only when I started crying she switched it off. That experience left me extremely stressed out. Room was okay, but it’s very poorly soundproofed, I could hear footsteps of upstairs neighbours all night and people shouting in the corridors at 1am and then at 4.30am. I tried to use swimming pool next day but it was full of screaming kids jumping into pool even if lifeguard mentioned it wasn’t allowed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are better hotels in Madrid.

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel était accueillant et efficace. La piscine et le bar sur le toit offraient un moment de détente très apprécié. Le restaurant pour le diner était bon, mais le personnel, quoi que poli et gentil, semblait peu expérimenté. En gros, une très bonne expérience.

Optimo hotel cerca del terminal 4 Barajas...tiene la busta que sale desde la 5 am hasta el terminal 4 ..muy cómodo todo. 100 % ok

We chose this Hotel for our last night in Madrid because of its convenient location near the Barajas Airport, and the recognizable brand name (Melia). The check in process was smooth, the staff friendly and very helpful. The room was super nice, impeccable clean and comfortable. Amenities were great, particularly the terrace with a great view and swimming pool. The shuttle service was reliable, on time and made getting to the terminal quick and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived almost at midnight as our flight was delayed. You were able to do the check-in via internet or in person. Because I was not able to do it in advance, I did it when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.

Room was perfect! Super clean and beautifully decorated. Rooftop is top and food was excellent. Delicious breakfast buffet, shuttle included and nearby the Barajas airport

Our family loved this hotel. Very well kept and decor was beautiful. Food was fantastic.
