Loved this hotel! Very clean and the staff was beyond sweet and amazing. Checking in and out was a breeze. I wouldn’t say the rooms are spacious but I’ve stayed here twice now and didn’t mind ( there were two of us ) Super convenient and literally in the middle and close to everything. The staff are super sweet and I felt safe staying here as well. There’s an elevator in the building and air conditioning in the rooms. Definitely would recommend! Can’t stress how convent and perfect this hotel was for us! The front desk staff, I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing as well, very helpful.

AC was great

This whole town was a pleasant surprise booked at the last minute and primarily the price I found the hotel to be exquisitely designed and functionally easy to live in the room was clean, contemporary comfortable. I was in and out the next day. People were very supportive and helpful it was in a weird building. Didn’t look like a hotel but it worked really well. I will definitely do it again.

Perfect landing place for a two day Madrid experience. Wonderful quiet, comfortable, clean and perfect location.

Everything you need in a very central location.

Location was a plus very good location walking distance from the train. There was buses easy to take a cab all the shopping centers around there restaurants. Check-in was easy Jose From the front desk was great. He helped me with all the information. Tell me how to get to places give me a map was very helpful. I had a great day. I will stay there again. Recommended highly recommended.

Maravillosa estadía todo queda cerca

This place is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with Gran Via station only a minute away. Don't book a city view room, the courtyard rooms might not have views but they're totally quiet as they're at the back. The rooms are super modern and comfortable with AC for the hot Spanish summer, and even USB charging on one of the bedside outlets, and the bathrooms are just what you need with large showers and big towels. NOTE: Be aware this is a guest house and not a hotel. It's functionally like a hotel but you'll need to do your check in online and use the door access codes given there to access the property, there are no staff to check you in.

Location was central to all attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Madrid.

Front desk staff Jose was great!!

I didn't known this was a hostel, we got there and security didn't speak english. Barely explained and found out it is not a hotel. Room was very small for 3 people. The only good thing is the location.

I really felt this hotel had great value. The location is incredible, everything is close by. You enter a building and go to the 4th floor to find the hotel. You get a code that opens the hotel and your room. There is not daily housekeeping, which I actually prefer so no one enters my room. They will change out towels etc. The hotel is not staffed over night. I didn’t mind this and felt like it was my own apartment. The AC worked great. There is not a safe for belongings. I was in room 03 and it was very quiet! I had a glass enclosed balcony which helped to tone out any street noise. I enjoyed sitting out there. I slept great. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay again!

Best location! Walked to everything. Secure and comfortable building. No street noise can be heard and cute balcony to lounge in. Highly recommend!

It has a convenient location

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todas las áreas turísticas de Madrid. Ningún problema con el check in de ingreso en la madrugada, fueron amables al guardar mis maletas hasta que saliera mi vuelo de regreso.

Really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was immaculately clean and perfectly located for both the modern and traditional areas, bars and restaurants. I'd highly recommend this hotel!👍
