The only disadvantage was that there was not a kettle or safe. The staff at Bext were fantastic - and special thanks to Marina and Jujeng (?). They were both very helpful! Marina went way above and beyond. The rooms were brilliant!

The room was clean, a little small but everything was on point. It is located about 15 minutes from the city.

Very modern hotel. From the check-in to the check out, staff provided great service, friendly and explaining all with a smile. Beautiful studio. Confortable bed. We appreciated a lot our stay.

What an amazing hotel. Had everything you could possibly want. Reception were extremely helpful and bilingual. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep plus 30 min tube into heart of Madrid. 100% recommend

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. However, the check-in was long, and we had to pay to use the washing machine. The shower in our room lacked a wall or glass, resulting in everything getting wet. Furthermore, the pool was unclean, preventing us from using it. Additionally, our window was too low where people from the outside could see us, so we had to keep the curtains closed. If you seek a hotel experience where all amenities are included, this establishment may not be the best fit. On the positive side, there was a mall just a 15-minute walk away, but the food options nearby were limited.

Absolutely recommended , clean , excellent customer service .. so convenient

Only stayed for one night as layover but it was very pleasant. Check-in and checkout was very easy and the room itself was just as expected from the pictures. Highly recommend

The property was good distance from the heart of Madrid for peace and quiet but not too far that the commute into the city was only a 15 min drive. Wasn’t too sure with what was supposed to happen with the room service as no one attended to clean or change our towels for 4 days. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Property is vritually brand new. A little ways out from the city. Metro station is the last stop and about an 8 to 10 min walk from hotel.
