I found the price to be affordable, with very satisfying amenities. Although I only stayed at the villa to rest and clean myself, the villa was very comfortable.

Comfortable place, nice view, and early check-in is allowed when we are tired.

The location is great, with parking directly in front of the room. It's also quiet, tucked away in an alley, so there's no traffic noise. The location is also strategic, close to the temple, the crater, the DCF field, the colorful lake, and the zero point.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive to any complaints. The food was a little lacking in taste.

The service was excellent and friendly. I felt cold and short of breath, so they immediately gave me oxygen and took me to the hospital, even though it was the middle of the night.

The hotel is close to the Arjuna entrance. The hot water is on standby, so even though it's cold, you can shower every day. I happened to stay there for two nights. Breakfast can be changed to the afternoon if you're chasing the sunrise in the morning. Thank you.

The location is truly strategic, very close to everything, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious, and you can even get breakfast. The kitchen and dining equipment are complete.

My one-night stay was quite pleasant, with a complete room and amenities, plus breakfast. Unfortunately, the water heater, I don't know what it was, was broken, but it often wouldn't heat up, requiring frequent contact with the villa staff. This was very uncomfortable, as I had a baby who needed warm water. Please re-evaluate this. 🙏

Very cheap, fits perfectly, comfortable

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions. However, the water dispenser in our room leaked, dripping onto the floor, making it wet. Breakfast was standard, and overall cleanliness was lacking, but the service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

Best location for healing and staycation

The place is comfortable and quite well-equipped, but the cleanliness of the sheets and towels is lacking. Even if they're washed, they smell awful, but they're not very pleasant to wear. Please improve this. 🙏

The place is nice, the facilities are complete, the view is beautiful, and the staff service is also fast... So it's a memorable experience for children and families.

The water heater doesn't work in such a cold place, the water becomes useless, water is an important problem.
