Fantastic location for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable for the price and the staff all super helpful. Will use again when in Santander.

Incredibly competitive on price, easy to find and quick check in. Rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities.

Great location and lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but it's close to lots of cafes and bars etc. The only comment was the shallow shower tray meant the bathroom got very wet and we struggled to keep it dry. A small fridge would have been ideal as well as it can get very hot in Santander.

I would recommend. From location to breakfast to maintenance, everything made our stay a joy.

Great central location with access to the bay, central plaza, shopping, and restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortably sized rooms.

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, apenas había espacio para moverse. El baño también muy reducido con la puerta llena de moho y sin ventilación. El suelo estaba sucio, lleno de pelos negros. El ascensor no funciono correctamente durante toda la estancia, lo que fue un gran inconveniente. En general, el estado del hostal no se corresponde con lo que esperábamos al reservar después de ver las fotografías de las habitaciones.

Very easy access walking from the train station. Very helpful front desk person who helped with bike storage. Comfortable spacious room and clean bathroom. Great value for money. Good location.

Great reception workers. The room was not perfectly clean when I arrived, but was at a reasonable level of cleanliness. The location is amazing!

The hostel was in the middle of the downtown shopping area. On Sunday there were very few places open where to eat. The weekend I was there was cold and rainy therefore I only had an orange in my room for dinner. Places to eat were not close and I didn't want to walk at night in the area as there were very few people around. The hotel didn't have any heat. The deskclerk told me the cold front had been unexpected and therefore no heat. The room itself was fine otherwise with a private bathroom, closet and TV.

Great value for money. Really nice fellow at reception, waiting for my late arrival in the evening. It's an old building, some areas of the room show that, but bathroom really clean and updated. Other areas are more modernised. Quiet, my room looked to the street, but no noise. I had a great night sleep. When I need to spend a night in Santander, no doubt, I will book it again.
