Staff super friendly. The place is amazing. Lounge areas are more than big enough, more amenities you could imagine. Rooms and beds are also a very very good size. Best hostel I’ve stayed in

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and communal spaces were all clean and well looked after.

Very helpful staff. Room was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Traffic noise was prevalent until late evening.

I really liked most everything about Latroupe Prado! The facilities were very clean, the staff very accommodating and helpful, and my room very comfortable. It would be nice to have paper towels next to en-suite sink to clean around sink area when finished. I will be returning to stay at Latroupe Prado within next 6 weeks!

Clean spacious great location

The location is very convenient to the train station, walkable and safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable and efficient. The only awkwardness was a bunkbed design that meant I kept bumping my head on the bed above.

I'm sorry I've never stayed in a hostel before so my review may not be accurate. The hostel was very clean and it was a very cool style. Hostel life is just not for me.

Great location next to train station and walking distance to Prado Museum, parks and Madrid centre area. Hotel located on very busy main streets so quite noisy as well as construction to train station.

Good location easy to get to and walk around city

We do not recommend this hotel. We were in an attic room with a window in the roof .there was no TV. The rafters were low enough to hit your head. The room was substandard for Hotels. com.
