Terrible place. Do not stay here

My stay was great! Easy check-in and very nice staff. Everything you could need is provided! The best part of the stay would definitely be the location, such an optimal location. Short walk to Alhambra, the market place, cathedral, and the bus stop. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations right at the Placa Neuva, a central hub for many tour groups, restaurants, and shops. Perfect spot to stay in Granada. Incredible location and our room had an incredible view of the mountains and the plaza. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We picked this property as it was very convenient to visit the Alhambra, which was just up the street where this property is located. The owner/manager (Pedro) is very nice. However, the property was missing main essential items such as an iron, iron board, and sheets for the sofa bed. After the request, the iron and sheet was provided to us. The air conditioner is only in the bedroom. The kitchen and main living area of the apartment does not have air conditioner. Also, there are no fans available (we did request one). Overall, good experience. The only reason we took points away is because it’s an old property and there is some sewerage smell in the bathroom, which at times is normal in very old buildings. A lot of nice places to eat and very nicely located. Our experience was made better because of Pedro’s outstanding customer service.

Pedro was awesome and the place was great! The location couldn’t have been better for a visit to the Alhambra.

Great location on Plaza Nueva. Very tiny fixtures in bathroom. Some noise from the plaza. Helpful staff.

Amazing location walking distance from the Alhambra and the center of Granada. Although this is a pension (Spanish for hostel), you can book it as a single room that has multiple beds. Check in and check out were easy. You have a code to enter the main entrance and you can get your key any time with the keycode provided before your day of entry.

Not what I was expecting. Great location. But room was small. Not recommended for family

Hôtes très gentils et chaleureux. Site surprenant directement sur la rue qui mène à l’Alhambra et au coin du la plaza Nueva. Très pratique et près de tout. Ambiance géniale. La chambre jolie mais un peu petite pour 4 personnes et sans air conditionné. Ventilateurs dans la chambre. Salles de bain communes et douches (3). Très propres. Nous le recommandons fortement pour le prix et la situation géographique.

Stayed only one night but the owner could be be more helpful. Everything was just as we wanted.

Excellent location for a short stay.

Excellent place! Located right at the foot of Alhambra, on the actual road up to Alhambra, only 3 blocks from the Cathedral and countless restaurants and bars. The incredibly kind manager lives next door and is very knowledgeable about the area. The bed was about the most comfortable I've ever slept in. No complaints whatsoever!!

The location was a bit challenging to find, but that was more due to our issues with our GPS than the pension. Carlos was wonderful in helping to guide us to the property. The property was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was also wonderful. Overall, a great value!

I loved it (and I loved Granada!). The pension was right in the heart of old town, so very easy to get places. And not noisy at night; the windows shut out the noise. I loved how it was decorated, with funky little touches. The owner (manager?) was very helpful and friendly with directions. Security was good. Only complaint is that it didn't really have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and another rotating fan. So it did get pretty warm at night, and we couldn't keep the windows open at night because of the street noise. Only other complaint was the the shower room is weird: 3 stalls, all with doors, but you have to hang your clothes up in the common area right outside your shower stall, so if anyone else is taking a shower at the same time....there is no privacy. And the showers are of course coed. Still, I would stay there again. Just a cute place, nice owner, near everything, reasonable price.
