My wife fell coming in the entrance and lacerated her calf and heal quite severely. Staff directed us to the first aid station at the beach across the street from the hotel. First Aid station stopped the bleeding and directed us to nearby clinic. REALLY POOR CONSIDERATION FOR AN INJURED GUEST. I paid for taxi service to and from clinic. Hotel DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE ROOM TO CHECK ON WIFE’s status.

Old hotel with great views and location which is Probably the reason why no effort is made to keeping it to recent standards. Careful, remote work is difficult as WiFi is terrible when working and often disconnected all together

Rooms were renovated and excellent. Exterior was showing its age. Right on the beach- great location.

We had a lovely room with a balcony. overlooking the beach. The room itself was clean and comfortable but a little on the small side. We were looking forward to having dinner in their restaurant but were advised that it was closed that evening but the receptionist made a reservation for us at another nearby hotel.

Great hotel right at the beautiful Sant Pol beach. Room very comfortable and the staff all very welcoming. Great breakfast.

Very nice, beautiful hotel right on the beach- get the sea view rooms, it is worth it. Walls were a little thin or neighbors snored REALLY loud. Listing says there is an airport shuttle- THERE IS NOT! We were very disappointed to have had to take 2 buses and a taxi to get to the hotel from Girona. The staff speaks very little English so come prepared to speak French or Spanish for the best information. The surrounding area is a ghost town in the off season... we went 2 weeks before Easter. Breakfast was good- just ask for the menu! Bathroom is not private... must be an intimate couple to stay in the room! Otherwise, beautiful and great location!

Pues de todo un poco, estuve muy cómodo en el hotel y desayune excelente y el personal muy amable.

Sejour tres agréable, personnel très attentifs a tous nos besoins et demandes diverses 24h/24h. Vraiment tres pro. Propreté sans faille. Que du plaisir...super petit dejeuner que l'on peut prendre en salle ou en terrasse face a la mer. Parking dispo (payant mais raisonnable) ce qui est un plus. Pour les fumeurs la terasse de la chambre est équipée et agreable. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain. Nous avons adoré

El olor a comida en la recepción es algo único ….. muy caro por lo que ofrece . Muy deteriorado . Necesita una reforma urgente Lo mejor la ubicación. Bueno , lo único . Desayuno aceptable

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Strandblick, wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber für ein Paar völlig ausreichend. Sonst kann man sagen, dass alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Man darf keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Todo bien, situado en un lugar privilegiado, buena relación calidad-precio, buen servicio, aunque algunos pequeños detalles podrían estar más cuidados...
