We honestly could not find fault with anything at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are light, modern and airy, with an excellent layout and plenty of storage space – something that’s often missing in hotel rooms. Every member of staff we met was exceptional. Special mentions must go to Ana and Ante on reception, who were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast restaurant has stunning views across the Adriatic, and the breakfast selection was among the best we’ve ever experienced. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. On our first morning, Ariana took the time to show us where everything was and explain how the hot drinks worked. It was such a thoughtful touch, as you’re often left wondering whether tea and coffee are brought to your table or if you help yourself. Another waitress, possibly Sylvie, was equally friendly, chatty and always happy to help. The seafront restaurant was also excellent, serving delicious seafood along with plenty of other choices. Once again, the staff were superb, with Ivanka deserving a special mention for her warm, friendly service. The hotel sits right on the beach, the whole area is spotlessly clean, and the sea is crystal clear. It’s a perfect place for both couples and families. Getting there couldn’t be easier. I loved everything about my stay. The people were very nice and the location was perfect. I loved the beach, breakfast, and just chilling. Just make sure you give plenty of time to get from Podstana to Split. I missed an excursion in Split because of the traffic.

Lovely property. Only 2 years old. Ideally situated 1/2 way between Split & Omiš. Property is lovely in every way. Market across the street. They have a rush hour if you’re planning to go to Split in the morning.

First stay here, arriving late I missed the best part of the day & Stefan were extremely accommodating of this though they were busy! Staff went out of their way to ensure I had an enjoyable stay, the rooms are very contemporary, clean & the bed is very comfortable! I will be back again & next time for a longer period!

We had one of our best trips ever , the front desk helped us and accommodated us in every way , Anna was just too kind . Breakfast included , top quality buffet , Adrianna and the staff were at Our service more than needed . The private beach at 1 meter from the hotel , restaurant outside on the terrace with all type of seafood and mediterranean food . We had our balcony on the water . Felt like a 7 star resort , many thanks to the Aria hotel & staff . Would stay here any time versus in split . Will be back soon !

The lobby staff were so nice and helpful. The room was great with a nice balcony. The breakfast was really nice with great staff as well. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

It was a wonderful stay — I’m sure this is the best hotel in the area! The room, beachfront, and restaurant were all beautiful, but most importantly, the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hospitality was truly 100/100. I also highly recommend trying the jet ski experience available right next to the hotel on the beach. Paul, the owner of the business, is very friendly and a lovely person. I hope to visit again soon, but even if not, I will never forget all the moments I had here.

Very clean room with large bathroom and separate toilet room. Both staff I interacted with were great and helpful. Breakfast was also great. There was parking but they charged me €10 for it.

This Hotel was absolutely amazing in everyday. The rooms were light and airy many overlooking a beautiful private beach. The restaurant was first class and the staff (especially Tom on Reception and Sylvia at Breakfast Duty were an assett to this family run business. We are definitely going to spread the word to all.our family and friends about this truly amazing place. Well done Hotel Aria.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They were especially kind and welcoming to our young children and even gave them an Easter egg and let them feed the cat! The room was huge and had the most amazing view. It was clean, tidy, modern and well maintained. The towels were fluffy and the toiletries were Rituals. There was a little kitchen and a dining table. The hotel fronted a small pebble beach which the children loved to play on and watch the sunsets. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of breads, cakes, pastries, fruits, cheese, meats and cooked food. Food was also available to order. We also ate in the restaurant which offered a wide selection of meals. Split is about a 20-30 minute drive and we caught a taxi one day to save on parking charges. There are other restaurants and a shop nearby, but we only ate in the hotel restaurant.
