Great hotel

We love the hotel especially the free body patches that smell so good (lemon and lavander!) and the warm sweet teas. Good after a full day of roaming around Tokyo.

Location was great. 2 minute walk to metro and you're off to wherever you want to visit. 2 stops from shibuya or harajuku. Great food options really close. I highly recommend the Beer Bistro. Best italian food I have had since being in italy. We went back four times! 10 minute walk to Godzilla hotel and all the shopping. Super quiet and clean.

Great place to stay with the kids. Metro has entrances close by and its only about a 10 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station.

Highly recommend this hotel. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a bunk bed room. The room was spacious and having a washer and dryer in the room was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s very new and clean and well planned layout perfect for a family of 4. We were initially a little concerned about the location near a kind of red light district but that turned out to not be an issue. You can avoid the backstreets easily. It’s actually quite a peaceful area just outside the most busy part of Shinjuku. Very close to walk into the Shinjuku for shopping and endless amazing dining options. Room has a laundry dryer and I liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. There’s a little kitchen nook with micro, a freezer and a fridge. We would definitely come back.

Clean and modern rooms, the added bonus of a washing\dryer in room so you can do your own washing at your leisure if you are planning for a long stay in Japan. The hotel is a good central location to everything but it is situated just by busy bar district but I never found that to be an issue and I had young children with me, felt really safe and surprisingly quiet at night time considering the hustle and bustle of late night bar activities etc. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a family friendly hotel with more than adequate amenities to ease your stay.

Rooms were clean and the pyjamas were super comfortable. Staff were always very helpful. Train station was close by too which was convenient

Room was tiny, did not get the room i reserved. Almost all hotels in Tokyo is tiny rooms especially traveling with 3 or more people the rooms barely has enough room for luggage.

Loved having a washer/dryer in our room, although the dryer took a very long time to dry but still appreciated the convenience.

We had a nice family room, it was comfortable, quiet and really clean. The all in one washer/dryer was really practical

Great beds and spacious rooms. Location can get a bit seedy in the evenings, that was unexpected but nevertheless we felt safe and it was convenient.

If you’re reading this, looking for WHERE to stay in Shinjuku or even Tokyo at all, I CANNOT STRESS TO YOU ENOUGH, this is the spot. The location is so close to where you wanna be. The train station is a very short walk (even with your luggage). The staff couldn’t have possibly been more helpful to an English speaking family in the heart of Tokyo. They even helped us forward our luggage when we were leaving there for Tokyo Disney. The staff throws themed parties for the guests. They have a DJ! I can’t make this too long, because people are gonna have to read it all. PLEASE take my word for it, I’ve been to Japan a few times and I’ve never had an experience like this. They truly CARE if you’re happy and they hope you’ll return again. We came there as strangers, we left there as friends. &Here Shinjuku is absolutely amazing, and suspiciously affordable for being in the heart of Tokyo. Plenty of good food within a 5 min walk. The park is a 5 min walk. Everything is so close. The staff takes pride in the property. So clean! Last thing, the free coffee machine on the 11th floor makes every kind of coffee you’d want. Hot or cold, latte, mocha, you name it. Tell them The Andrews Family sent you. 😊

Perfect stay close to everything!!! Super stylish hotel!!

Clean quiet family friendly location close to the bustle but not in it. Very safe neighborhood. My only beef was no coffee in room and none in office until 7 am. Early risers beware
