Accommodations were good and clean! Sofa bed was bigger than the usual sofa beds in US hotels. The only negative i have is the area gets very noisy on sat night, literally all night. Idk about fri night cuz we arrived a day late due to the airline.

This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It was perfect for all of us to have some space to be together and also spend some time apart. The coffee and snack area on the rooftop was also a great addition. Everyone enjoyed their time here and the convenience of getting around Madrid was wonderful!

Nice place to stay in Madrid. The room we had felt dark because we didn’t have large windows or a view. Close to many things to do. Enjoyed time in Madrid.

Easy location, nice staff, and clean apartment. The roof top breakfast and coffee was a nice addition.

The property is very centric. Lots of shopping around. The only thing is that you ran of hot water when bathing very fast.

My biggest gripe with the hotel was that I arrived early and I knew I would have to wait. The room was still not ready in the time that they committed to and that is announced. After walking around Madrid for about 4.5 hours, I just wanted to relax a little and I couldnt. My particular room has a HUGE terrace which was a nice surprise and would be amazing during the spring or summer months. One thing to realize is that this apartment and others are not located in the same check in building. Not a big deal unless it is raining and/or really cold weather. My balcony room was very spacious and it included a mini kitchenette, refrigerator which makes it ideal for long stays. A supermarket is about a 5 minute walk so very convenient and the location in Chueca is also very convenient to everything you will do in Madrid. The drinks and snacks are also located at the "other" location and it really wasnt much honestly. Even if my room was in the same building, I wouldnt use it. It simply wasnt what I have experienced at other hotels. My biggest gripe is that they didnt have the ready room at the time they committed.

We were disappointed. We reserved a room with a city view. The pictures in the website showed big windows. In reality we had small windows that looked onto a brick wall.

We stayed for 7 nights in February 2025. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect! It was a very favorable experience, and I would highly recommend it. It offers the best of both apartment and hotel with full time reception and cleaning service every three days. And there is a lift/elevator for those who have mobility issues.

Excellent location for visiting all the sights of Madrid and for catching the metro to places further out.

Great apartment in a great location. Also very kind staff. However, there was no water pressure in the shower, and it was dripping hot water. The staff tried to help, but did not succeed.
