I stayed here for two nights. For a place called a "resort," the service is very lacking. The Deluxe Cottage is not recommended for the elderly or those with difficulty walking (foot pain) due to its elevated location. The mattress in my room was hard, making it uncomfortable. The shower stall was difficult to switch between the shower and the regular faucet. The sugar and coffee provided in the room looked like they were leftovers from the previous guest, messy and in very small quantities (they really looked like leftovers). On the second day, mineral water had to be requested; it wasn't immediately provided. There was a power outage on the first and second nights of my stay. Although brief, it disrupted our activities. On the second day, there was an event at the restaurant. When I arrived at the resort, I almost couldn't find a parking space because it was so full. My suggestion is to separate the parking areas for the resort guests and the restaurant. The view from the resort is beautiful; on a clear day, I had a mountain view. Therefore, with such a nice resort area, it's a shame the service is like this. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

The architecture is very attractive. The view is okay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is far from satisfactory. The toilet leaked, overflowing with every flush. The dirty glasses were dusty and covered in insects. The corners of the room were so dusty that large clumps of dust formed.

Yesterday I booked a cottage but when I arrived, the cottage was being repaired by the water tower so I couldn't stay there, but I was given an upgrade to stay in their villa 😭. It was really lucky to go there, I wanted to take my kids on vacation, but I got an upgrade so they could play in the spacious villa. But I also had a chance to peek up to see what the cottage was like and it was really nice, the location is really good for taking photos with the mountain view. The staff are all friendly and nice, I really have to come back here later 🫶

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive. The place is clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offers delicious food. Perhaps in the future, they could add a play area for children, such as swings or slides, to make their stay even more enjoyable.

Strategic location on the side of the highway, but access to the cottage is quite far, yes, luggage can be helped with a taxi, but still, if you want to take things from the car, it takes effort.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, in Cottage 107, four indoor lights were out and three outdoor lights were out. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, and the television was unavailable.

The location is right by the busy street, but inside the resort is so serene. The place itself is great and the staff was helpful and friendly. However by the time of my stay, the water didn’t work from 8-10 am, the rush hour of morning shower. Definitely needs to be improved. The cleanliness of the bathroom also can be further improved.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious and affordable, and the fried duck is absolutely delicious. I stayed in the cottage. I only have a few suggestions: there were cobwebs on the ceiling in the room; please clean them next time. Overall, it was okay.
