Enjoying the sunset above was very impressive and will come back again

I first checked into this hotel because I was taking a yoga class. I was intrigued by the hotel, and it turned out the room was really nice, and everything was perfect. I just have a suggestion: the breakfast wasn't very varied, but the snacks and fruit were delicious.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in the check in and check out process, the room area is clean, only the bathroom floor is a bit slippery if it comes into contact with soap or shampoo, the breakfast taste is quite good but there are not many variations, I went down for breakfast at 8 am but the steamed food variations were out of stock, not refilled yet, for the coffee machine there was a problem, so when I had breakfast I only took hot tea and creamer, for the yogurt taste was good, for the cafe bar I haven't had the chance to try it because my stay was limited to only one night. Overall, this hotel is good for me to recommend to friends and family.

For a new hotel, this one is quite nice and impressive. The facilities are complete, the welcome is good, and the room is well-prepared. There's a comfortable bathtub for soaking and the toilet facilities are like those in Japan. The room is small but comfortable and adequate, and if you bring children, it's nice to be able to see the traffic from the room. However, the lack of soundproofing from outside to inside is quite disturbing to sleep. My child had a hard time sleeping because of the sound of motorbikes and trains. The food was already gone by 9:00, with almost nothing available. The fried rice was dry, the white milk cereal was sold out, the porridge stall was empty but not noted/tied up, and there was no fruit at all. The staff in the restaurant area was also quite unfriendly, because they often joked in front of customers, but when they looked at customers, they were not friendly.

The atmosphere of the cafe on the rooftop is cool and fun, there is live music.

All great, recommended, suitable for everyone.

Coincidentally, when checking out, it turned out that my work bag was left at the hotel. The staff responsively secured my bag and it was delivered to my house without any loss in the contents of the bag.

For a 4-star hotel, I think it still needs a lot of attention and improvement. 🙏🏻 Starting from the cleanliness of the hotel area (especially the parking lot), the rooms (sheets, etc.), the refrigerator wasn't cold at all, and especially the breakfast, which didn't have much variety and tasted very lacking. 🙏🏻 Plus points (free minibar snacks) 👍🏻

The hotel has excellent access and a pretty cool design, but the most annoying thing about the hotel is the lack of soundproofing, which allows you to hear sounds from outside and neighboring rooms. Mineral water is not available in the rooms or restaurant. Breakfast also needs more variety.
