After an initial (significant) error, and a delayed/busy time check in, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was gorgeous. The Gold lounge was excellent food and service. We had great services at the salon and spa

Couldn’t fault it. Exceptionaly helpful staff. Stunning room, clean, comfortable, free non alcoholic mini bar. Very comfortable bed. A fan! So you don’t have to rely on AC. Great choice of restaurants. Would have liked to spend more than one night.

Room was outstanding and the breakfast buffet was incredible! The gym has the latest Technogym equipment too.

We have been traveling for three months around the world, exploring diverse destinations, and this hotel stands out as the best accommodation we've experienced. The property is immaculately maintained, with spotless rooms and lush, well-kept gardens. The staff is exceptionally attentive, always dedicated to making us feel valued and creating lasting memories. The manager at the Merchants restaurant personally greeted us and kindly offered my wife and me a complimentary buffet lunch, which was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Every team member pays close attention to even the smallest details, ensuring that our stay feels personalized and truly special.

I was already staying in this hotel from a previous booking I asked for a room change I waited over 3 hours for this had to go down to reception 3 times to enquire why it was taking so long first room I was allocated was smaller than the one I was already in had to waste more time moving from this room to another room

Amazing stay

Fantastic facilities, excellent staff, next level food and great cocktails.

The entire property was beautiful and well taken care of. The staff overall were extremely professional and courteous. In particular, I would like to compliment the two young women who took care of my room and the team in the Club Lounge. Total assets to this property. I wish I had got their names so I could recognize them personally.
