Room 107, the AC is a bit noisy, but overall it's the best... for its class.

After only 15 minutes of checking in, I immediately decided to check out and move to another hotel. The reviews on Google were 4.1, but most of them were about the ballroom and event venue. The rooms were old and looked poorly maintained. There were no towels, no drinking water, no Wi-Fi, only writing on the room card. The sheets and pillows were stained for years, the stairs to the second floor were very dirty and had never been cleaned, and the room was dusty in various places. It's cheap, but many cheap and old hotels still maintain at least the things above. The hotel staff didn't even ask what the problem was when I checked out just 15 minutes after checking in.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room size is also spacious, please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The room was comfortable, the AC was cold, but unfortunately the toilet drain was a bit clogged; you had to unscrew the cap to get it flowing. Otherwise, it was top-notch.

According to the price, check-in at 9 PM, the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, the mattress was squishy, the sheets and blankets were full of crumbs, check-out at 11 PM, couldn't sleep.

I happened to be moved from 102 to 108 because the air conditioning was broken. Furthermore, 108 is undergoing construction next door, so it's a bit noisy and quite disturbing. But overall, Poster has always been my top choice: it's affordable and comfortable.

Always satisfying. I just booked the wrong room. I usually get one on the first floor, but yesterday I got one on the second floor. It was a bit of a hassle because of the stairs. And why do you have to pay for parking these days? Usually, you just get a stamp from the receptionist.

A very strategic hotel, not too far from Gedung Sate, good service, hassle-free check-in and checkout, great.

It was great, but on the second day, there were no cleaning staff to clean the room or refill the coffee, sugar, and tea. Otherwise, it was great.

I stayed 2 times in 1 week, the experience was too noisy. I even got to the upstairs room from people who were doing karaoke near the lobby until late at night. Sorry & thanks for the next time.

Overall, it's top-notch. It's worth the price. The downside is that the hot water is limited and the bathroom can sometimes be a bit noisy, perhaps due to the water pump or something else, I don't know.
