Good central location for the bars, restaurants and marina and beach. Clean apartment with kitchen and equipment if need to cook at any time.

it’s on a great location, very safe and in the middle of everything, at first glance the studio looks nice, once we settle in we found all kind of problems, there is a bright light from the street that shines into the only window all night, and the curtains are very thin, we couldn’t sleep well, the bathroom is super small, a little overweight person would not fit in that shower, and the shower door doesn’t close well so the water goes out into the bathroom, the TV doesn’t work, the only 2 pillows they offer are very small and very thin, very uncomfortable, the stairs leading up to the studio are very steep, a bit dangerous for kids and seniors, personally I would not stay here again.

Biggest issue was the street light shinning all night into the room, we were unable to close the shade ima lento sleep week as I prefer a dark room

Location is GREAT!!!! easy walking to all main attractions and super safe. The apartment is really nice and spacious. The reason I did not give them a "10" is because the water pressure in the shower was not good and the water was not hot enough.

Stayed as a couple. Overall nice apartment. Mini kitchen allowed us to cook and the bathroom was sufficient despite small size. Location was excellent - supermarkets, local markets, train station all within walking distance. One of the main shopping streets was 30 seconds away. Really in the heart of malaga yet also close to beach. No sofa to relax on, outside light shone through curtains when dark which was not ideal when sleeping, and some noise when people passing apartment door to other apartments. Otherwise very good stay and representative was very helpful and informative at check-in. Would return.

Im Bad waren leider noch einige Haare der vorherigen Mieter. Die Dusche ist undicht. Nach dem ersten duschen stand das Bad entsprechend unter Wasser. Den Duschkopf kann man nicht richtig einklemmen, sodass das Wasser über die Tür hinaus spritzt. Man muss den Duschkopf beim duschen in die Hand nehmen und darf nicht gegen die Tür spritzen. Aber selbst wenn man drauf achtet, kommt Wasser aus der Dusche. Das Wasser in der Dusche fließt auch nicht richtig ab. Toilettenpapier haben wir für unsere Dauer leider auch nicht genug bekommen. Der Flur ist sehr hellhörig, von anderen Mietern wurde da auch keine Rücksicht drauf genommen, sodass man nachts öfters wach wurde. Die Lage ist dafür wirklich top.

Si, bueno la estancia ha estado bien sin embargo hay muchas deficiencias, la alcachofa de la ducha se cae, la presión de ducha floja, boton cisterna water rota, grifo de la cocina sin sujetar, no funciona la Televisión, las escaleras de acceso al piso son excesivamente empinadas, no son recomendables para gente mayor, ya que no hay ascensor, no volveremos habitación 2a2.

Posizione eccellente, pieno centro, una miriade di negozi, boutique, supermarket, tutto a due passi. La struttura è semplice e spartana, ma accettabile per pochi giorni. Note negative: porta d’ingresso con 2 cm di spazio sotto, ti sentono e senti anche quando respiri. Insonorizzazione con le stanze adiacenti nulla, si sente tutto! Perdita dal soffitto nella doccia. Piumone macchiato e mancanza del doppio lenzuolo, è intigienico!

It was a pleasant stay overall. But some of the equipments in bathroom need fixing. Other than that we had a pleasant vacation at the hotel at a central location.

Mitten im Zentrum. Preiswert. Maite hat uns empfangen, ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Matratze etwas weich. Ablaufproblem in der Dusche. 3. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Ok boende, men vi fick rum högst upp. Vi hade bara takfönster och det var ingen hit.
