The staff was very friendly. We stayed one night in a family room and received a bonus room as compensation for waiting for the family room to be prepared. We also received a IDR 100,000 voucher and a 40% discount coupon for dining at Jalan Tengah Cafe. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is close to home, the room is clean and smells good, and there's a smart TV so you can watch YouTube. However, the shower water isn't very strong, and if I may suggest, they should build a mini cafe, even if they only sell instant noodles, coffee, tea, and bottled drinks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Rauda. 🫰❤️
