Friendly staff and good service

I would stay here again. Very easy and has options of all inclusive and not having all inclusive. Very safe snd has a lot of local food and things to do around hotel. The beach is breath taking!

I was at the Coyaba for a few nights on business and it was perfect. I have previously stayed in Grand Anderson and it is a very convenient location generally but the accommodation makes all the difference and I had nothing to complain about. It was a well priced, clean, great staff and I wanted for nothing.

I had an amazing stay at Coyaba. The resort was beautiful and well maintained, the staff were so kind and welcoming and the location is perfect with great beach access and proximity to St. George parish where you’re able to go into town by taxi or bus and explore. I can’t wait to come back (planning my next trip as soon as I get home)!!

Did not like the fact that they turned the fan and air conditioner off in the room and also open the curtains for the sun to warm the room further! After a very long stroll down the beach and swimming, coming back to a hot room was not acceptable and shows a lack of compassion to the guess. The guest services person did to have any good advice of things going on with in walking distance of the hotel, could not give any good advice of things to do or to go! The lack of empathy from the front desk workers were unbelievably rude. On a good note the bartenders and cooks were top notch, but the front desk was deplorable!

A great place to stay. Staff are excellent. Food is terrific with a wide range with daily variation. Right on the Grand Anse beach (1.5 miles of the most amazing beach)

We had a great trip. The Coyaba team were fantastic. The property felt safe.

It was across he street from the supermarket which was very convenient. There were some sketchy people on the beach.

The absolute best vacation spot and wonderful service. The beach was pristine and the pool area was clean and the swim up bar was a nice touch.

We were not all inclusive and the staff were so unhelpful and ignored us on many occasions with not being all inclusive including having to stand around to be served and then stand around again to pay your bill at the bar and then no cash returned on the change from the bar bill after giving up behind stood around and ignored

Great beach out front of the property.

My husband, son and I just returned home after a 7 night stay at Coyaba Beach Resort. Let me start with the positives. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The location on Grand Anse Beach is perfect and Grand Anse definitely lives up to its reputation as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Powder white sand, crystal clear water… beach perfection! The majority of the staff are very friendly and accommodating and you get the impression the hotel wants you to enjoy your stay. Now the negatives, the bathroom situation is completely unacceptable! There is zero air conditioning in the bathroom. There isn’t even a fan. You have a screened window in the shower with metal louvres you can open. The toilet bowl was stained and there are mold stains around the shower. The rooms are tired and dated, which I expected, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There are no box springs just a mattress on top of metal bed slats that you can feel when you lay on the bed. My husband and I could barely move when we woke up each day. There is not a decent cup of coffee to be found! The majority of the time you will get only instant coffee. I learned if you ask for “brewed” coffee you may get it. I had two acceptable cups in 7 days. Other days it was instant or burnt rocket fuel. This is not hard, learn how to brew coffee! The food was mediocre. The restaurant by the pool had better food than the buffet. Drinks were great! Would I return? NO!

Beaches are beautiful

Fantastic location on Grand Anse beach with well maintained gardens and friendly staff. We have rebooked to stay again in 3 weeks time which says it all !!

I loved that they clean the room twice a day. Shopping and Restaurants are in walking distance

Love the resort. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was a little expensive for the options. But I would stay there again
