Super safe hotel. The personal was kind.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Electronic check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff was very helpful.

The apartment was nice in a safe location within walking distance of zona rosa. A lot of cool bars and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and nice

Property is very clean and easily accessible. Room was large and fully equipped with full size fridge, stove top and sink. No TV in living area was a downfall. Beds are firm but good for sore backs. Water pressure is decent but still needed some more pressure. Water temp was a little finnicky. Warm some days, boiling hot others. Staff was helpful with accesing rides or directions.

The location was easy to be found and is walkable to a lot of scenes and foods, the front desk was very helpful and welcome, and the room itself was quite and clean, it was a good experience and definitely recommended

Amazing Stay, Wonderful Staff. Close to Great Restaurants and Attraction's

The property is very well located, walks, with lots of cultural and dining attractions near by. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available to advice you with good suggestions of things you can do in the area around and throughout the city. The property has gym, laundry, parking and many other facilities that makes your stay safe and enjoyable. I would also like to thank to Edmundo, one of the staff guy who works in the lobby, he’s very friendly, and he gave me good recommendations of places to eat and visit during my stay.

Nice well located

The staff was incredible. They always greeted us, they were knowledgeable about the area, made great recommendations, and helped with obtaining a shuttle van on short notice. Edmundo, was just amazing, he was sweet, and very hospitable. The shower pressure was challenging. It would splatter throughout the shower.

They transferred me to ULIV Mexico City because a water filtration problem in Ciberles before I check-in. They reached out me through whatsapp message but I couldn't verify if they are the real staff or scammers. I talked to Expeida agent, but the agent said they call Cibeles but no response. I had concern at beginning, but later it turned out that they are not scammers. The room is clean and spacious. The quality is better than most of the hotels with same price.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Yessica and especially Jordon were so incredibly helpful. I cannot thank Jordan enough for all of his help with drivers and my friends bracelet that fell down the sink. He is AWESOME!

The staff was exceptional as I had left an important item in a previous hotel and they efficiently helped me to quickly retrieve it. The check in was also helpful as I was able to check in early. The service was personal and attentive.

The location of this hotel was GREAT, the room was spacious (we had the double bedroom on the 11th floor) Now for the negatives, the water in both the shower and bathroom sink was horrible. The pressure is weak but understandable but the Tempreture(s) were BRUTAL, not touching the taps it went from scorching hot to cold back and forth back and forth, any time of the day, night. This was the main concern and the fact the charge you for house keeping ontop ofyour reservation. Maybe all rhe hotals in mexico city are like this but i just found it strange. We wont be back to this hotel but again location and size etc are all a plus.

Great spot with walkable food and drinks

Great location. My son and I stayed in the two bedroom suite. It had a small kitchen but a full fridge which was nice for drinks. There is an OXXO across the street. Our unit did not have a common TV but there was streaming TVs in the bedrooms. Overall great stay. Walking distance to restaurants.
