Good room temperature control. Could circulate air and there was no stuffy-hotel smell in the room (some in the hallway.) Modern rooms. Everything requires a numeric code to access (parking, elevator, room). There is covered but paying parking that might be tricky for large vehicles. I don't think there is open-air or free parking.

I always have a great experience here, clean, safe and close to everything you need. Just be aware of all the extra charges, like cleaning fee and parking which they have increased their price on. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Enjoyed the kitchen and separate bedrooms. However there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels

Amazing spacious room. Clear instructions and great location

Had no hot water 1st morning but was fixed very quickly. Only downside is it took 3 attempts of calling and leaving messages to extend my stay 1 extra night. Was very quick to reply prior to stay but not so much during stay. Other than that, very clean, safe and secure building, no noise even considering close to uni.

Love the 3 bedrooms but would appreciated a living room as well, something you have in the 2 bedrooms apartment. Other than that great stay, clean and close to everything in Ste-Foy.

The room was nit the one we requested. We asked for a queen and we got a double bed. Besides, all sheets were polyester, i am giving 3 stars due to cleanliness. The room was clean.

The room is excellent. It has everything you could want: a full kitchen, dishwasher, two bedrooms, etc. The self check-in works well, but the after-service and the neighbors ruin everything.

Clean, new apartments with minimalist but comfortable furnishings. Good value. Apartment was very good size and balcony is a nice plus. Also good to have a great cafe on the main floor.
