What impressed me most was the professionalism of the staff. They did their best to accomodate my needs, making my stay exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

All is good, but location is perfect

Wonderful location and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and the train station. I had a great experience here and cool to see the history still included in the layout of the hotel.

Great stay in a beautiful location

3 Night Stay in the heart of Tallinn Old Town. Beautiful accommodation, the room was of a very high standard, with a super comfy bed. Set within the Old Town, a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square, where restaurants, bars, and lots of historical sites can be located. Added luxury of Spa and Sauna facilities on site. Breakfast was offered on site, teas coffees, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast options. But no shortage of cafes and bistros in the city to enjoy something out and about. A lovely Balti Jaam Market is around a 5 minute walk down the road where fresh local produce, cafes, shops and eateries can be found. A beautiful city, easily navigated by the extensive local transport consisting of trains, buses, trams and an abundance of rentable bikes and scooters. Fully recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again.

Great loction on the edge of the Old Town. Easy access by car, 10-15 minutes from the airport, walking distance to all attractions and multitude of fantastic dining places. Staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. I've been there before and plan to stay there again.

The hotel is located at a quiet corner right next to one of the gates through the medieval city wall that surrounds the old town of Tallinn. It is right next to steps leading to the 'upper' city, where the Estonian government is located, as are some of the best views of the old town. And it is a short walk to the main square, where visitor- friendly dining and shopping are abundant. The room was comfortable and attractive; the breakfast was varied and good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Altogether, a quality place to stay when visiting the historic heart of Tallinn.

Lovely hotel.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. We stayed in a "classic double". Location is beyond reproach and near the Balti Jam train station along with the Fotografiska and their awesome restaurants. Also, we highly recommend the Vixen winebar which is nearby.
