New hotel, clean rooms, bright lights, friendly service and staff. My suggestion is that the breakfast menu needs to be improved; it's too simple. The towels also need to be replaced for a more perfect rating.

The rooms and service were very satisfactory. Breakfast was also delicious with a wide selection.

The hotel is still in the soft opening period (so the breakfast menu is still very limited) but the rooms are clean, the carpet is good, the bed linen and pillows guarantee maximum comfort, plus the pleasant service from the Front Office team.

My stay at this property was incredibly memorable. From the room upgrade upon check-in, the staff in all departments were incredibly helpful and resilient. Ms. Santy was communicative and informative at the front desk; Mr. Lutfi (and one other room attendant, whose name I forgot) were incredibly helpful with my laundry and room amenities; and Mr. Saupianur, who made a peanut butter mocktail with a perfect balance of coffee and peanut butter, was a definite highlight. I strongly urge those of you who haven't stayed here yet to book a room as soon as possible to experience the same memorable experience as I did.

based on member level on this app , i considered traveled a lot , i used to stay on various property , i never had an Room Upgrade moment .. but in this property , thankfully at last i had those , i dont know what consideration are Mba Rida as a front desk agent and her Manager used to this act of kindness... so ...thats it i dont know what to described anymore , but Holiday inn Express and suites Banjarmasin , u just mad a hugh impact to "an everyday citizen" like me . Thank you so very much ,

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check in/out process is also very easy, no deposit, there is a refrigerator, a nice view and everything is really good because it is a new hotel, and because it is not far from the city, it is perfect for a staycation🫶🏼

Breakfast no hot coffee The coffee that was there was already cold

It doesn't feel like I'm in a hamlet, the only downside is that the glass windows aren't full so the view isn't maximal even though it's nice to be able to see the mountains from the 20th floor.
