The water from most of the taps was not functioning effectively throughout our stay (particularly the temperature regulation, which was highly variable re whether you could expect hot or cold, which was particularly problematic for our very uncomfortable showers) and our raised concerns respecting the issue was not treated seriously / expeditiously / apologetically!!

Room was as advertised, few minor things didn’t work but all in all great experience .

Spectacular view and location

Great views over the city and the CN tower, very central, parking was a great bonus. The only downside was that the city was doing works which involved switching off the water (which we had not been warned about prior to arriving), when it came back on it left us with no hot water for 2 days.

This was a terrible stay. Just to list immediately noticeable things wrong about the unit: The rooms were dusty, all the bed sheets and pillow cases were filthy with yellow tint, doors to the balcony was filthy full of dead bugs, wall mounted tv was partially falling off the wall, there was a sign of leakage on the ceiling, the door lock wouldn’t lock fully, one of the windows appeared to have been leaking and was temporarily patched up with what looked to be a bed sheets, and many of the light bulbs in the rooms were out. Worst of all, one of the bathrooms actually had a wet towel hanging on the rack! It is just a disgrace that a unit like this with a complete disregard for a paying guest is even allowed to be posted as rental unit. The experience was bad enough for us to cut down the trip by one full day and leave the city one day earlier than planned. Avoid at all cost. SMH…

Property in VERY bad state, dusty. Broken Blinds, Dirty kitchen, filthy utensils and generally grubby. Comms with Manager was 1 out of 10 and after 2 weeks still has not been resolved

The condo was located in the perfect location downtown Toronto close to all restaurants and the Mirvish Theatre, where we were seeing a show the views from the balcony and inside the condo were amazing. Very spacious for the four of us with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo could have been a little cleaner, but was nothing that ruined the weekend. I would definitely book this condo again.

Clean, spacious, and sunny unit with lovely view. Location was actually changed a few days before our arrival, but we were still close to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Grocery store and coffee shops were also within walking distance. Having a parking spot included was great. Would have been nice to have more than one key-fob (necessary to use elevator), but not a huge deal for us since we did most activities together. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Condo definitely felt neglected. Dust and dirt on baseboards and door frames. So many things falling apart. Holes in doors, knicks and scratches all over the condo. No glassware. Was hoping for a nice glass of wine in our penthouse rental… but had to drink out of coffee mugs. Didn’t love that the door was left unlocked when we arrived. Didn’t feel safe. Way over priced for what we got. I feel mislead with the listing. Wish I had booked a proper hotel. One good thing was the view. But unfortunately would not book again and wish I could get my money back.

Clean room, quiet, fully equipped kitchen, easy access, right downtown, great view.

Our condo was very clean when we arrived. Check-in, check-out and parking were all very smooth and quick. Communication with owner was excellent. Well worth the money we paid. We will definitely book here again.

Cleaners were super friendly, I’d say the place is definitely slightly banged up, one of the lamps was bent and the island table had some dents from the chairs but in a place like this your really paying for the view. I think it’s probably the best view of the city in Toronto and the GTA. Definitely recommend. Overall I’d say it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great view.

Underbar utsikt,rymlig lägenhet, bra läge och bekvämt boende. Enkel incheckning även om det känns lite osäkert med olåst dörr. Det negativa var att köket är sparsamt utrustat (vi var tvungna att köpa vinglas som vi sedan lämnade kvar) och lägenheten är smutsig/dammig. Trots detta rekommenderar vi boendet.
