The hotel felt very safe it was out of the way but still close to local spots. There were security gates to even get to the hotel area so an extra layer of security. The hotel seemed to have everything. There was a store inside, hair salon, massage parlor, restaurant, pool gym and more. Lots of staff and security on site.

Place is very good and clean BUT there is a smell coming from the bathroom that goes on and off. Not the worst thing ever, but worth noting. Still a 5 star from me, friendly staff and they clean the room quick if you request. I would stay again

Room very clean, staff was amazing so i had to re book, i tool the Studio Room this time and it did not disappoint, the free shuttle service was very convenient and the laundry services was amazing, the gym is well equipped and the pool was nice.

Check-in was quick and basic toiletries are provided. It can be better if they add robes.

Staff at front desk was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts.

There's not much to see in the neighborhood. Need to take a Grab to see sites.

Decent rooms. Staff didn’t seem to know how to handle short term guests. Credit card processor didn’t work. Had to find cash. Too far to walk anywhere so alway had to take Grab

Average at best but not bad for the low price so fine I guess
