My stay here was great, and the view over the town of Narvik and the mountains can't be beat in this area. The balcony of my room ended up being a perfect spot to take pictures of the northern lights during my stay. I came during the shoulder season so it wasn't super crowded. While I didn't personally take advantage of it, the kitchen was a great amenity that would be useful for those wanting to cook a small meal. I'd recommend Narvik Basecamp to anyone visiting the area, it's a very new facility with a perfect location.

Newer property with kitchenette, clean, comfortable, and AMAZING view of fjord and city.

Hotel was great, quiet and safe. The balcony facing the fjord was not very clean. Still the room was adequate for our needs with a nice kitchenette to prepare a meal.

Modern property with some basic problems and oversights. Clean new rooms gave an overall clean and fresh appearance. Missing the following which didn’t make sense - no soap/shampoo wall mounted or other in the shower, bath mat, tea towel to dry the dishes. Issues with the pillow bed heads which hade sitting in bed extremely uncomfortable for a person neck, the shower doors poorly designed and space between toilet and shower nearly non existent. Just badly designed. Some of the dishes had not been washed properly by previous occupants which was disappointing.

Very good hotel, the view is the highlight for sure. The room was clean however the lack of surface space was an issue; with one small table and a kitchenette being the only real areas to put things in the middle of the room away from the door. The bathroom was great and the heated floor was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. All round a great place to stay

Good location for the ski slope. Rooms are a good size although dull decor and unusual lighting - minimal lighting in the main room, making it feel dull all day yet bathroom light was too bright! Staff were friendly. Basic food options, will need to bring your own food.

A chic and nice hotel with lovely views. Location is a bit difficult if you don’t have a car, plan to spend on taxi’s or walk an icy long trek to get to the city center.

This was a wonderful place to spend a few days around the New Year. It was very cozy and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The studio apartment has a hob and refrigerator - very good, as you would have to take a taxi if you want to go to a restaurant.

Stunning views from our hotel room! A 5 minute drive to the town centre, nice warm room only downside I would say is there wasn’t an oven but it wasn’t really a problem. Overall I would recommend going to this amazing hotel and I will definitely go here again!

We felt that the room was really nice with great views, and ovet all the stay was good value for the money. A fan would have made our stay more comfortable, as the room was really hot. The room floor was really dirty and nasty, and it felt like it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks. With a fan (or working aircon) and clean floor this would have been a perfect stay. I’m sure we will stay here again, when we visit Narvik next time.
