Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Muy limpio y sin ruidos externos. El personal del lobby muy amable y nos sentimos bienvenidos siempre. Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca. Gracias y probablemente volveremos.

Hotel Aló Degollado is a clean boutique hotel in downtown Guadalajara. The staff is exceptionally attentive, in the front there is always a bellhop (attendant) and front desk staff ready to assist. They will call you a taxi and also ensure the garage is open for the taxi’s return. Anytime we needed something delivered to the room it was brought up right away. They stock free water bottles in the room daily. The restaurant has a variety of great food options.

The hotel is awesome. Really clean, kind and warm people. The room is quiet and nice. Highly recommended.

Easy check in. Wonderful room

The location was good it was close to everything. The bathroom was a bit dark. Taxi/uber drop off/pick up is a bit difficult since they don't have a main drive up entrance. The entrance to the hotel is in a plaza.

It was in a great area of the central. Very accommodating and they made sure we were completely satisfied and made sure we had everything we needed

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. The only complaint is the noise on the street penetrating the room.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. A huge shout out to Francisco in the rooftop restaurant that always had the most exceptional service! We literally went every day and was always super attentive with all of his guests. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Guadalajara.

The hotel is nicely decorated but other than that, it was just average. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the room never got cold enough especially since you had to take your room key with you every time you left, which would turn off the A/C so you’d come back to a hot room. Lastly, the housekeeper literally removed the toilet paper from our bathroom one day, which was just odd and inconvenient.

Todo estuvo perfecto durante nuestra estancia .. el personal fue excelente todos mucho muy atentos… las instalaciones muy bonitas .. el área muy céntrica y pudimos ir caminando a muchos lugares. Totalmente recomendable

The staff was fantastic and the hotel is clean and relatively new. I had some issues with light shining through the hotel room door and lots of sound transfer from the hall and window to the street. Unfortunately it was very loud and you could hear every little thing. Minor Detail: The air conditioning light didn’t have a “sleep option” so there was a bright light shining throughout the night. Great stay overall, would recommend.

We checked in but checked out after an hour. The hotel room didn’t have a window, just a window within the building which you had to close because otherwise everyone can see you. The room was then dark the whole time and it is very noisy. You can listen to all conversations outside and from other rooms. If you are passing by and only staying for one night it might be a good and affordable option but not for a longer stay.

Me encanto nuestra estancia en este hotel. El cuarto limpio, comodo, elegante. Solamente hay que tener en cuenta que no siempre hay estacionamiento en la propiedad. A nosotros nos hicieron el favor enorme de dejarnos quedar en la propiedad las dos veces que me eh hospedado aqui. Pero a mi entendido no se puede siempre ya que aveces el hotel esta muy lleno.

New property and great customer service. Walking distance to Hospicio Cabañas, Plaza Tapatía, Cathedral and rooms are quiet/noise reduction.

El cuarto y servicio estuvieron excelentes. Como recomendacion deberian de tener otras opciones de almohadas porque las que usan estan muy bonitas, pero muy incomodas.
