Wonderful place. Only complaint is the dogs next door barking all the time at night. Very annoying.

The hotel was so close to great restaurants and all the areas you should go see. All the downtown attractions were a 10-15 min pleasurable walk. The snacks and water and coffee/ tea always available was amazing too! Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed…. The room was so romantic!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Delicious breakfast. Location was a little out of the way. More than a half mile to the major squares, restaurants and shopping. Pretty much nothing in the immediate area. That said Ubers are very inexpensive if you don’t want to walk.

Gorgeous small hotel about 1 mile from Centro. Nothing nearby, a long walk to restaurants, shops , etc. excellent staff, great breakfast included, pool too cold to swim in, showers terrible (low water pressure and shower head way too high. I’m 5’4, was about 2 ft above my head so I never could get hair rinsed).

There were 3 big C. ROACHES in the room. I had a terrible night and no they didn't even refund me. The pool was not operational. I have a picture of a big roach on the bed if anyone wants to see it.

This place is a hidden gem! Its a real hidden palace. The staff was extremely helpful and always available for advice. The bed was comfortable and showers luxurious. Food was delicious. The place was quite and well kept. My only problem was that wifi was not reaching my room so had to walk across the hallway to get connected

The name says it all. The hotel is barely noticable on the street unless you are looking for it. When you walk in it opens into a beautiful courtyard that screams "relaxation!". The staff was wonderful and helped us schedule a COVID test to return back home. There was breakfast in the morning to start our day and a nice pool for a swim to end our day. We received a nice massage from the spa too. Note to travelers Merida is VERY hot compared to oceanfront cities. Drink plenty of water.

This hotel in the US would cost over $1000 per night . It’s such a beautiful boutique hotel, I felt like royalty when staying there. Beautifuly furnished , landscaping and pool areas rival a mansion.

This is the first hotel my husband has actually ask to stay another night. We stayed here again despite us having a current non refundable amount at another hotel. You walk in and can not believe the amount of detail. Hand carved pillars and tile set against antique furnishings. We stayed in two different rooms and it felt like we were visiting the Queen of England. We purposely did not go see some sights so that we could have and excuse to come back to stay again. Fabulous staff and communication. The breakfast was hand prepared by a chef and was delicious. Only a few blocks from the square and supermarket. We ate at the Mercedo ( many venders) and the pizza place by the square both were excellent. The Mercedo also has live music every night of the week. The ruins Of Uxmal were even better then Chichen Itza. Dzibilchaltun has a fabulous Cenote. You will not be disappointed, I assure you.

The beauty of a Roman villa combine with fine service to create an excellent stay. Behind a plain double door at the street truly sits a little secret palace.

It's name is very appropriate! You would have no idea what is behind the front wall at the street. The property opens up to a grand classic Mexican style home with a centre courtyard pool that is out of this world. Stunning from all points. The staff were extremely friendly. Our rooms were absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast was a real treat! Just delicious! I don't think that we could say enough nice things about this property, it's staff, the owners or the experience itself. A lifelong memory for all of us! We will recommend and actually promote your hotel as often as possible. We were thrilled with everything! Thank you...
