La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, se veía sucia, en el baño en la regadera había cabellos cuando llegamos ahí y el colchón tenia unas manchas cafés terribles. El Jacuzzi de la habitación parecía una hielera de tan pequeña.

Staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming. Kids loved the pool. We loved the calm and enjoyable views.

Property is very clean, employees are very kind, I got a late check in and wait for me they text me via whatts App professionaly I would came agian, this was my 5th time and like always have fun!!

Such a nice hotel in a cute little town.

They ask for an extra deposit when you get there on top of the one Expedia takes , if you leave it in cash you get it back when you leave if you put it on your card they said it takes “a month “ to get your deposit back. I didn’t get mine back the first time so second time I stayed I did the deposit cash (pesos) . Restaurant is okay and it’s only open weekends same with the bar. Rooms are nice not much around the area as far as convenient stores or restaurants

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitacion limpia y en buen etado todo el equipamiento, la comida es muy buena y la alberca es de agua termal

It is a great place for vacation/relax. Not so much for business but it has outstanding food and service

Nice rooms minus the random bugs flying in , they offer wifi that doesn’t work. Have to tell them to clean you room or they WONT. Restaurant only open weekends

Great place to stay at, so relaxing and quiet, a little bit small the place but that’s just what make it so private. Food could be some more affordable because of the kind of dishes that are offered at the restaurant.

Un hospedaje muy agradable, la amenidades, la zona y el agua termal en alberca y jacuzzi se prestan para un rico descanso sin tener que salir del hotel; la comida del restaurante está sabrosa y los cuartos muy cómodos, recomendado!
