The staff were really helpful and kind, helping me to arrange things with minimal Spanish. The only challenge was the even with the hot water tap turned up full, the water was still too cold to shower in. My arrival was late at night so the hotel may have run out with other rooms having showers before me.

Although they did not speak English, (translator did the trick) the staff and the owner were extremely friendly accommodating and very ,very helpful.

I do not have any kids that traveled with me so i can not comment on that.

Our host was an absolute angel. We had a tour company for a trek not pick us up and the host went out of her way to get ahold of them and help us to find another trek to go on. She was so sweet and worked so hard. The hostel was so clean, had a balcony, food options and truly I would visit again just because of our host. We will forever remember Hostel Golden Killa
