Location, service

The hotel was fine, However, communication was difficult. I was managing a large group- I called and emailed several times with no response. Sadly, that impacted my impression of the hotel. I did receive an apology on site.

The staff was great! Our room was right off the train station which was difficult for me so it was changed immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue is noise. You can hear everything. Unfortunately the neighbour beside the hotel decided to Crank their music from 3:30am onwards one night. No one slept that night. Thank-you Estephanie and Jose! You were fantastic😊

Awesome treatment. Front desk personnel were very nice.
