We got lucky finding free parking on the street not far at all from the stay. When we walked in, we were overwhelmed by the smell of air fresheners. They were everywhere. If you’re someone sensitive to these smells, I would not recommend staying here. We unplugged ours and it took a day for the smell in our apartment to mostly go away. But the hallway and entry way were very strongly fragranced. The kitchen was well stocked with most basic things you’d need! It even had coffee and a French press which was a nice touch. The kitchen sink faucet was loose, the shower temperature was very difficult to adjust. The bed was very comfortable! There were no rugs so the space was very echoey. There were also no hooks to hang jackets or towels or anything. We appreciated being so close to the metro, which we took advantage of, and it was close by a street with many dining options. There’s a bit of a homeless presence nearby but it didn’t affect our stay at all. I think we’d stay here again, and ask that there be no air fresheners in the room ahead of time.

Très bien situé près de tous les services. Nous avons bien aimé l'appartement, tres propres et tres bien équipé. Pourquoi on ne donne pas 5 etoiles; les oreillers sont vraiment inconfortables et de mauvaise qualité. C'est très long avant d'avoir eau chaude.

It’s anything but VIP very noisy air conditioner was very noisy we had two towels for three days and two nights they left used coffee in the machine this was very bad experience two stars at best never I will stay there again

Everything was fine, tryed to reach to owner for sa simple question and never had an answer. Otherwise clean and as described. Check in easy.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Personne pour aider ou qui réponds. Finalement il a fallu que je trouve les breakers et je joue avec pour faire fonctionner le tout

Very, very clean, comfortable and great amenities! We used the parking garage up the street and it was safe and easy to use.

Loved the location, 2 mins to the subway station. Close to parks, shopping and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, internet was great. The only negatives, was the ongoing road construction outside the apartment. So noisy and dirty. But overall the apartment was amazing and I would definitely return.

Place itself is great. Very comfortable bed and good amenities. The door code to the building didn’t work. Luckily when we checked in the door was open so we were able to get in. I tried to contact someone about it with but never got a response the whole 3 days we stayed. We had to ask another guest next door what their code was to be able to get back in when we left. Very disappointing.

Great stay. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything was there you need to cook and enjoy your stay.

Very bad place period

Very quiet, large space well equipped with everything you might need. Great location. A little tricky to find due to road construction.

Property was fine. location was walkable to everything we wanted, but location immediately around the property was less than desirable

Terrible service and cleaning. There was broken glass in the shower and we cut our feet off it when we arrived. There was small shards of glass stuck in our feet and we bled quite a bit from the larger pieces of glass. We had complained to Expedia and the hotel refused any compensation. It appears that the glass shower door in our room had broken by the previous guests before our arrival since our shower was missing a door and the rubber stoppers were set to the side. There was also glass chipped off of a picture frame they had. So it was clear some sort of glass had been broken in the bathroom. Overall would not recommend based on the fact that the simplest safety and cleaning procedures were not taken when there was clearly broken glass present in the unit.

Fabulous stay! Very impressed with the suite! Large and clean and easy access to metro. Would 100% stay here again if revisiting Montreal in the future!

Property was nice and well outfitted. The door closing however was not good (the door could not shut properly unless extensively banged). The bedding, such as pillows and blankets were of very, very poor quality, especially the pillow. Cleanliness of the linens were also questionable. Communication from the property is also a bit weak. They did not respond to my Expedia messages nor my texts, however they were not urgent requests. I would return, the unit is basic but does the job and is in a fantastic location.

The hotel is nice and clean, parking lot is near by (even though the look of parking build is scary, but actually clean and good). The suite is bit warm when arrived, but the AC is working well and cool the room down quickly
