Very friendly staff, our room was clean and perfect for what we needed. I would stay again.

Horrible check-in and check out experience. Automatic machine wasnt working, error code on the reader. There was a Lady in her office in front of the machine. Never welcomed us, she directed us again on the machine to make the check-in. We had to explain that there was a problem with the machine in order to be served by her. Never said said hello, or goodbye. We had the feeling that she did not want to help us. Otherwise, clean room and confy. But, barely space to move around especially in the washroom, even with only two people inside the room.

Great rooms, pet friendly, super clean Just hated the self box check in experience. And also no coffee machine or microwave in the room needed to walk to checkbox to have a coffee

Good location. The staff is helpful. Lots of room to walk around. Basic room. Decor could be nicer.

aucune personne à la réception...tout doit se faire sur un PC à l'entrée...ce motel (Au vieux Fanal) date des années '50...DEVRAIT ÊTRE FERMÉ...forte humidité présente... très mauvaise expérience...deçevant...aurait dû garder un peu de budget de l'hôtel Levesque en face et raffraichir leur motel Fraser...

The room was acceptable, but very small. My main concern is that there are no staff. Check in is with a kiosk and there is nobody to talk with. One other issue is no shelf in the shower so you must place articles on the floor

The staff were very helpful, especially when I encountered problems with the self-checkin. Clean and comfortable facilities and conveniently located within short walk of shops. Ammenities available on site with access by your room key.

C’était très bien pour le prix et l’endroit. Il faut savoir que la machine à café est à la réception et que la réception est virtuelle. C’est à dire que l’enregistrement se fait à l’aide d’une machine. Dans la chambre il y a un réfrigérateur et pas de micro-ondes. Je crois que le micro-ondes était à la réception. Mais le motel pour dormir était très bien je suis satisfaite.

I had a great stay! However, the walls are thin, if you know what I mean. There wasn't a microwave, but that wasn't a deal breaker.

There was no interaction with staff as the property offered self check-in so could not really rate any interaction. Very nice place with comfortable beds
