Convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff. If you get a room with a kitchen just bear in mind you might want to bring a few dishes etc. as it doesn’t come with that. We mostly just used the fridge and microwave.

Staff was amazing. Kitchen doesn’t come with any appliances so cooking was a hassle.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We decided to cut our trip short due to heavy smoke covering the town and leave a night early. The staff named RK helped us immediately and contacted her manager for confirmation right away. She was very kind and understanding. I’d recommend this place for visits to Kelowna.

We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Okanagan College.

The room was very nice, quiet and clean. Bed could be bigger and more comfy but it's campus room not a hotel. Kitchen looks very nice but it's EMPTY. We stayed only for one night so it wasn't a problem for us but it should be speciffied in the room description so everyone would know about it before they book it....

The stay was very convenient and the place was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our time there. It would have been nice if the room had a kettle and some basic utensils (the front desk does have kettles but there were none available at the time we asked). Regardless, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Clean room and building, awesome dorm style room! Everything was brand new and fresh. Excellent central starting location for exploring Kelowna.

Full kitchen made it really convenient to make food if you’re staying here for longer. it’s a very good location easy access to local markets and very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed our time there would definitely come back.

This is student housing, not a hotel. Expectations should be set accordingly. The location was excellent, Staff were super friendly and efficient, parking was free and the room was clean. That said - accomodations are very basic. The bed was small and the mattress was ok. There was noticable noise transfer from neighbouring rooms (walking, flushing, talking). The kitchenette contains no items beyond the appliances themselves. There is no television. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel experience - this probably isn't it. If you're looking for a clean, basic, affordable place to sleep in a great location at a great rate - it's hard to beat. The standout here was the staff. They really are excellent!

Very ckean, nice and new. Full kitchen was great. Water was only warm, not hot at all. Air conditioning only goes to 20, warm at night. Location , parking, staff fabulous. Would recommend but check the water

The room was big and you can tell they put lot of effort into maintenance. There are only two things that caused me some inconvenience. First is that there’s no utensils and kettle, so there’s nothing I can do with the kitchen. Next one is that there were bugs coming out of the drain from the shower.

Excellent staff, helpful. Great location with ample parking. Walking distance to restaurants and grocers. Could use 2 pillows/occupant! (additional pillows not available)

As budget accommodation, the room is spacious and everything looks brand new. We love the kitchen with cooktops, a full size fridge and a full size oven. We bought an apple pie in Vernon and the oven was perfect for reheating. Our room faces ELO road, but traffic noise was not bad, except when a squad of Harley Davidson's dashed by at 7 am on a Sunday morning... Location wise, it's good if you drive -- it's about 10 mins from downtown, or 12 mins from Knox Mountain. All in all, couldn't be happier with it.

Towels were dirty, other than that it was an excellent stay!
