Nice hotel, great restaurant. Sauna needs to get a glass window and isolation otherwise it will be always 60C not 95C

This is a lovely hotel The major problem was the significant extra charges added despite paying in full prior to arrival

Generally excellent although one or two gripes. We were in the annex, but the parking arrangement was dodgy. Parked in marked space, then realised nobody else could get in or out! Tarnow was interesting and well worth a visit. We also went to zalipie, and had a pleasant walk around the village discovering the painted houses. .

First felling outside was not so hood but inside very warmly welcome.

Dwor Prezydencki is a lovely inn located in a quiet setting. Overall, everything was more than satisfactory - the room, the service, the food. Two things to keep in mind: no elevators and high step to tub/shower. My husband had back problems so I had to lug our cases up 2 flights of stairs. The antique style tub made it difficult/painful for him to step into because of his back. Thank goodness for the cleaning lady who carried the cases down for me. Great value for the price.

Excellent hotel, great service.

We traveled from the USA to explore the origins of my wife's family. We sought out a hotel in the Tarnow area of Poland because it was in the center of the area she wanted to investigate and was also only about ab hour's drive from Krakow airport. We found the hotel to be very clean with old world charm and elegance. My only concern was that the address on Expedia was not correct. I informed the desk about this and she told me that she has made repeated requests to Expedia to make the correction. The hotel is actually located about 7km west from the Tarnow centrum in Zglobice just off Rte. 94.

Hotel i obsługa bardzo dobra. Jedynie śniadanie trochę rozczarowało.

Complesso ristrutturato da poco ma in maniera elegante e intelligente. Location ricercata, arredamenti di buon gusto, comfort ineccepibile, personale gentilissimo e preparato. La gentilezza la disponibilità del personale é veramente ineguagliabile. Anche le diverse saune al piano interrato sono particolari e stimolanti (sauna con fieno, olii essenziali e profumi). Il cibo di più che ottima qualità viene presentato impiattato meravigliosamente. Abbinamenti ricercati da gourmet. Piatti, posate e tavoli veramente eleganti. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori, non solo agli Italiani.

Large room, Nice and helpfull staff. Strange environment

Hotel miał przyjecie ślubne i w nocy nie mogliśmy spać specjalne nasz 4 miesięczny syn (powód głośni goście i czasem muzyka). Nikt nas o tym nie poinformował przed rezerwacja a rozmowa z obsługo hotelu nic nie pomogła. Zapłaciliśmy za pobyt w hotelu s którego w cale nie skorzystaliśmy... Porażka.
