A great restaurant

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the resort facilities, including the spa and golf course. The pool area is limited to a shallow swimming pool and small hot tub. It is a family friendly resort so the hot tub was crowded most of the time. We enjoyed the outside seating area with gas firepits. Velocity served great pub food and beverages at a reasonable price after a round of golf. We did find the hotel quite loud throughout the night. Our room faced the water and road (very limited ocean view in the distance) so if we booked again we would request the golf course side.

Fantastic experience

One of the nicest Hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at!! Everything about this place is 10 out of 10. Professional and friendly staff ( thank you Tamara!) beautiful grounds, nicely furnished and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally great food (both dinner & lunch) If in Campbell River, this is definitely the place to stay. Beautiful resort!!

We loved our experience! From checking in (such sweet staff) to the incredible view and bed. The spa is incredible, best facial I’ve ever had. We will be repeat guests for sure!!

Good food comfy bed lovely facility!

Beautiful new resort with very friendly staff and perfect amenities for a family. The pool is indoor and very warm - nice for rainy weather but also sun with the big windows. We lived our executive suite and the housekeeping was awesome. We also brought our dog and she felt very welcome. I got a facial at the spa which wasn’t the best - I was expecting more facial massage - but other than that perfect stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I’m not one to ever write reviews, but I was blown away by everything offered by this hotel.

It was our second stay at the Naturally Pacific Resort and we enjoyed it again. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have family in Campbell River so we can visit with them while feeling like we’re on a holiday away from home.

Super dog friendly! 10 paws!!🐾. Very impressed with extra service in the evening where staff came and asked if we needed any extra towels, and gave us some delicious cookies! Highly recommended!!

The room was wonderful, our meals at the restaurant and velocity pub were great and the outside pools were clean and relaxing. Our pet enjoyed the stay as well and wanted to take her dog bed home.

Beautiful new resort with very lovely staff, especially housekeeping. Indoor pool is perfect for year round family vacations. Good restaurants and lots to do on the resort. Highly enjoyed my stay and will return.

Our room was clean, staff are accommodating and friendly, the air condition is good. We did not have fireplace. I forgot my vest in our room when checked out early, i gave them a call and they followed up with me so fast. They sent back my vest after a day and received it quickly. I really appreciated them so much. Thank you so much staff of Naturally Pacific!

We highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole resort had a spa like feel. The best touch was they even did turn down service which you don’t see very often these day. We had a nice little tray with tea and cookies when we came back from enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The staff at the front desk were really kind during check in and while checking out even we advised them of how thin the door was between the adjoining rooms. Not their fault that we had a baby next door and could hear things clearly through the door but they did their best and listened to our feedback. We truly loved our experience here and can’t wait to return.
