Location was great and overall a pleasant stay. The air conditioner wasn’t the best and the plumbing needs work. Water does not drain in the shower or sink and the water was extremely hot and took a while to cool. For the cost and the fact that there’s a kitchen and washing machine, I would stay here again.

I will start saying that we payed for and expected a working washer/dryer, but on our very first day we discovered the machine does not work. I messaged and called staff, and they stated we could use their washer dryer in their "office." I genuinely appreciated the offer, and was able to start washing clothes but the

We had an issue with the shower and the floor drain was not draining. Something is stuck in the drain. Location is great. The balcony have died flowers and on the top roof top had equipment on it that someone could trip over. Again the died flowers. I understand maintaining flowers might be an issue but at least remove the died flowers. The sheets for the pull out couch didn't look fresh.

Ideal location. Easy to find. Parking accessible. Appreciated coffee and milk supply. Nice interior. Only downside really hot apartment despite using air circulators.

We had a wonderful stay in Victoria. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a complete kitchen and all the utensils we needed. The deck was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The host was also very accommodating and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight wasn’t until 8:00 PM. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria.

Flats were located very close to the city center. It was all withing walking distance to, The Empress Hotel, Government building, Marina and grocery store and restaurants. It was safe and comfortable for family of 4 adults. Flats were within 5 minutes walking distance from the Yates street parking garage. Garage has 8 levels and we were able to find economy parking space easily. Since Flats were very close the city center, we were able to walk most tourist attractions. Nice kitchen with cooking pots and dishes. There was salt, pepper and oil for cooking.

Great location right downtown. Spacious and well equipped, the bed and pillows were really soft and comfy. Check in was easy and well communicated. I would securely stay again!

This place was just "okay". I was disappointed to learn the washing machine in our suite was not operable. Also, the noise was quite loud with the people above us. The divider doors to separate the bedroom seemed broken (off the hinges). The bed comfort wasn't great. It is in a decent location, right downtown.

Amazing! Would absolutely recommend Waddington Flats if you're staying in downtown Victoria. Super close to shops. Cute spot, clean, and online check in is convenient for checking in late at night

He was very helpful. He accommodated us early even though I gave him short notice. Very helpful staff. Location was great, because it was very close to my favorite tea shop "Murchie's". The place was so clean and free laundry was great to have. I will rebook this place again when I am visiting Victoria.

Très belle découverte de cet hôtel appartement. L’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire à manger et toute les commodités. Il n’a pas de stationnement mais juste à côté il a un énorme stationnement. Situé à coté de tous ce que l’on veut visiter avons seulement marché. Café boutique bord de l’eau tout près. J’ai adoré cet endroit

The room was super clean, bed was VERY comfy, amenities were great, and staff were excellent at communicating with me. The only thing was that the couch wasn’t super comfortable to sit on and where the tv was positioned made the setting kind of awkward to use but the decor was super cute. Would stay here again!

The apartment was well maintained and we found it very clean and nicely furnished. There is a lot of storage room for the luggage and clothes, shoes etc. Location is great, very close to everything in the city, right by the Wharf. Some good restaurants close by as well.

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever had. The Garden Suite was perfect for my ten day stay in Victoria. The location could not be better to explore downtown. Minutes to the water and 15 minute walk to Beacon Hill. The suite was super clean, well stocked, comfy bed and a view of the harbor. The management team was very attentive and a minor issue was remedied very quickly. I felt they really wanted my stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely book here again. This suite really made my stay in Victoria so great. I loved it!!
