The room was clean. Room was made up every day except Saturday and Sunday. We were there for a week. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Spotless clean room, Friendly staff

The only downside was the TV service was not working that evening. A very minor inconvenience. Otherwise it was a clean comfortable room. I would stay there again in the future. Thank you.

Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.

Nobody at front desk between midnight and 8:00am. The soundproofing is poor because we can hear everything through the walls. For Expedia bookings, you'll get a room facing the highway and parking lot. It's very noisy, even with the window closed. I absolutely do not recommend this place!
