more improvement ,i ask for extra blanket and no one answering the phone

Very old and outdated place. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains on it, bathtub was pealing off. Not enough towels in the room for the number of people the room was booked for and it took the front desk almost an hour to send us additional towels. We will never stay at this location again and won’t recommend it.

Great staff, parking lot

Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid during graduation weekend. The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities. Although the parking lot was close to the hotel, there were vehicles that appeared to be occupied overnight, which made us uneasy about leaving our truck there. We ended up leaving early the next morning after being awakened by police and ambulance activity when a truck crashed into the Burger King across the street. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high cost of the room.

DO NO STAY HERE!! No towels at all in our room (bath, hand, or face—only a bath mat). Missing lamps only 3 pillows on a king bed, the toilet doesn’t flush, and the shower is dirty. The walls are not soundproof—the neighbour’s door has been opening every 30 seconds since 3am. There was only one sheet and a very small blanket. We asked for towels at 3am and still didn’t have them by 7am. The room phone had no information, so we had to Google to call the front desk. No one answered the first three calls. When someone finally did, they said towels would arrive in 30 minutes—they never came. When we realized towels were not arriving and were leaving there was a women in the stairwell using drugs. Earlier, around 3am, we followed a prostitute into the hotel.

While this hotel had relatively good reviews when we booked, when we arrived we quickly realized they were not an accurate representation of the actual hotel. The rooms are very small and dated (not the end of the world). The hotel rooms themselves were dirty and unkempt/not maintained (no phone directory to call front desk, no coffee maker, no fresh towels or wash cloths). Our friends had a toilet that did not work, and absolutely no clean towels in their room. The staff were not helpful in solving these issues at the time they were brought to their attention. Upon leaving the hotel, there was a homeless individual in the stairwell actively using. Staff were made aware, and did not seem phased by the matter. I do believe this poses many safety risks, and anyone who chooses to book here should definitely reconsider.

The rooms are dated but surprisingly clean. Staff were helpful. We didn’t see the pool so can’t comment there. Free parking.

The hotel seems perpetually under construction. It is usually cheap and is right on the lrt line for events at the saddledome. Also, the gym is in poor condition.

The room had alot of issues. There were spots on the bed, there was also a big spider web on the window. The TV barely worked, the bathroom lights didn't work at first. There was peeling of the shower floor. The pillows were very poor aswell. My air did not work, an associate came and checked it said they would call me with a room change and that never happened. The assocate also smelled, and it was super strong. If you want to stay somewhere with a low price and low standards this is the place. I will never give business to this horrible place.

My room was not clean. There were dried noodles on the couch...

The accommodation was satisfactory, although there were minor issues with the room's air conditioning. We recommend considering the inclusion of complimentary breakfast, as well as providing soap and shampoo for guests.

The AC did keep the room cool. Parking was limited.

Close to a train and Roads. Very loud. Property looks unkept. There was a person on drugged outside the building. Called the front desk about it , no one came and check

Hotel is not in great shape. The chair in my room was ripped up. The bathtub had paint that was peeling off. As I was leaving my air conditioner started giving me an error message. Hotel needs some renovation. It looked like they were starting to fix up the rooms.

Some things were broken in the room (outlets, fan in washroom), the gym was not as advertised (things were broken, water was old, only one treadmill, etc), the building was hard to find my way around, the location is sketchy, the walls were so thin I woke up from noise throughout the night even with ear plugs, if you want to switch hotels you don’t get your money back, and there’s no place to fill up your water:/ would not stay here again!

Decent for price room wasnt cleaned at all over my 3 day stay plus mold on roof near window of the suite. Staff was great.

This is an older building. With basic needs fulfilled.

When checking in,the room looked like it was clean,until looking at the bedding! There was blood stains on the white bedding, folding open the bedding, saw that the sheets were not even changed,saw body fuilds dripping down the side of the sheets,and a dirty Q-tip,hair all over the sheets! Was so grossed out! Asked to please give us a cleaner room,took the front desk almost an hour to set us up! Never,ever going back!
